Maybe it's just me. A few weeks ago there was a barista that was wearing a blue SENIOR shirt. It's cute, and I'm sure at her HS it's acceptable attire. I just don't think it should be worn here. At a Starbucks. People not only get their beverages but also atmosphere and know what to expect from. Starbucks store. This isn't it.

Not really sure what is going on inventory wise at this store. Came by the other day and I tried to order 3 or so different things and they didn't have any of it. I have family who works for starbucks and I know some of the stuff you are really at the mercy of what you're able to get in inventory-wise, but every time i come here, which has been for 7+ years, it's been a problem consistently. I keep giving this place a chance bc it's drive thru, but it's just gradually gotten a bit more disappointing. The drive thru is consistently a nightmare (not Sbux's fault, they're shoved into the corner of the plaza and their section of the lot is small- however still a ton better than the Clayton/Treat one), so mobile order if you can. Just don't park in front of the store or you will literally be trapped in there for a millennia. The workers here, however, have always been super kind to me. I don't have the heart to give one star since they have always treated me with kindness! So i really appreciate that. But ugh, inventory man. I'm moving across the bay, and if I ever find myself back I hope that there's been improvements done.

This is the worst Starbucks ever! I am a teacher at the high school down the street and any time I go in there they are rude and don't greet you when you come in, ignore you for a while and they when they take your order it could take ten minutes to get an ice water! They are always out of protein boxes and sandwiches-any sandwich that isn't a breakfast one! I've asked why they never have food items even in the am and I have heard different excuses from the fact that Starbucks has not been sending them food to the food showed up and hadn't been refrigerated so they had to throw it out! I've complained to CS a few times and nothing changes.

No sense of urgency whatsoever ever. Mobile ordered one drink and it was ready 30 minutes after it said it would be ready. Ordered a match and it came out barely shaken and a very dark green color. I didn't ask for extra matcha so idk why it's a ugly ass shrek green. Make sure you mobile order 30 minutes ahead or you will just have to wait. Should have just gone to peets instead. Now I have to go home and put more milk in it because it's so disgustingly powdery. They also didn't fill the cup up all the way.

Just overheard barista saying they just reached their quota for the hour . Now they need to slow down order production. Is this truly a thing SB corporate????

Normally Starbucks is a pretty consistent experience no matter where you go. We came at about 10:00 a.m. on a Sunday and there had to have been seven or eight workers but they mostly seem focused on drive-thru and mobile orders. The one person taking orders in person at the register seemed to be coordinating a lot of those mobile orders while the line built up. I don't think I've ever had that long of a wait when there we're only three people in line. Think we were there for at least 15 minutes waiting because she kept walking away to deal with mobile orders. All we wanted was a cake pop and I had to flag down somebody who walked by me three times as we are waiting at the register just to order the stupid thing.I wouldn't normally comment but it was notable how slow this Starbucks was relative to pretty much every other one I've ever been to. I don't know if your metrics are based upon drive-thru and mobile orders turnover speed, but maybe the company needs to focus on ensuring in person orders are taken at the same speed.

Not a single person greeted me this morning. Not a single person asked to take my order. There were four or five people working and no one said anything. I just walked out getting coffee somewhere else. Horrible service .

This Starbucks is great. The staff is great, and guess what they always seem to have my food these days so I had to change our view to five stars.

I went there a few times last month and it took forever even though there were only a few cars in front of me. Then I was forced to consider a tip upon checking out. I didn’t think the service was great and my order was expensive so I declined. I understand that sometimes companies don’t pay their workers enough… but I don’t tip unless I’m in a sit down restaurant or in a hotel. Shame on Starbucks for forcing tips and the workers who have to beg at the window and get angry with customers for not tipping when they just bought a 7.00 coffee that probably is worth about 1.50.
