When your business opens at 8 AM, you need to be 100% ready to serve the customer, when the doors open. Not start making their order after 830 AM! While I sit and wait watching them set up the shop!!!

Hit or miss says it's open till 8:30pm but it's closed way before that at times. Saturday September 30 2023 was closed at 7:00pm.

We ordered 2 footlongs for delivery. Both of which were made wrong. Sandwich 1 has zero condiments and no jalapeños, all were requested. Sandwich 2 was requested to have extra banana peppers and it had zero.

What ever happened to "The customer is always right?" I stopped buy to pick up 2 - 6" subs on my way home. First of all, the person who helped me asked me at least 3 times for each sandwich, "what do you want?" "Do you want it toasted?" "do you want cheese?" "What else do you want on your sandwich?" I knew she could speak English, but she was not getting my answers. The food looked ok, except for the spinach, which looked mangled. I asked about it and she said "that's the way it came in today." When I got to the cash register, I gave a coupon to the owner (?), and he wouldn't accept it. Said I had already used it. I told him it was new, and I just cut it out of the paper, and he called me a liar. I have never been treated like this by a vendor. He kept shoving the coupon back into my bag. I finally threw it on the floor behind the counter. Then he started forcing me to take the receipt, and I refused it. . . He was extremely rude. I threw the receipt back at him and left. I have never seen this team working in this location before. Not sure if he just bought the place, or if someone hired the whole family. Don't go there if you have a coupon, or would like to be treated like a customer. As a business owner myself, I can not understand this show of rudeness!!!

I did a survery on Tuesday and I got an email back for a free 20 oz soda or 2 free cookies. I go into the restaurant and the 2 employees that helped me the other day were so DISRESPECTFUL, they don't have good customer service, they argue with the customers when the customers are right. Today I go in to the restaurant and here are the same 2 employees and they are being DISRESPECTFUL to me again, won't accept a coupon that has been sent to my phone from the manager.The manager sent me an email back saying that he would talk to his employees about being RESPECTFUL and RESPONSIBILITY for their actions and how they talk to customers. The female and male employees are so RUDE. This is the 3rd time I have had problems with this Subway. I'm planning on talking to the headquarters about all of this nonsense with these employees and the manager not doing anything about it.

Whoa I went straight to Yelp bc I was so impressed. If you read my reviews I have no problem pointing out bad service, bad quality or location. This in my 42 years of life is the cleanest CLEANEST Subway I have very seen! I always drove by doubting it bc I assumed it was C average bc of the shopping center location. I was wrong ! The gentleman working was very pleasant, the food fresh and the place spotless ! They have me as a new customer.

Called ahead at 7:00 to ask if they are ok if I show up at 7:15 and order and sandwich. They just hung up on me, even though I was just trying to be respectful
