Horrible experience at the Sunvalley Mall Subway!! I went in to buy my son a footlong meal with a coupon. I ask for his usual, a chicken bacon ranch. The man, who speaks almost no English, tells me that with a coupon I can only have one meat. What?? I use Subway coupons every single month at various Subways and always get the chicken bacon ranch, teriyaki chicken, and Italian BMT. He says again that he can only put one meat on the sandwich. Ridiculous. So then when paying, another employee has a hard time using the coupon so she gets the manager. The manager comes out and tells me my coupon doesn't work and all she offers me is the sandwich for $6.99. She claimed she could not manually put in the $8.99 amount. And then she tells me my meal would now cost $12.99 although I have a Subway coupon for $8.99. Are you kidding me???? Terrible customer service!!! The manager should've offered to charge me for something close to $2 for the chips and drink to give me the coupon price. Instead, she wants to charge me $4 extra because they are the only Subway where the coupons apparently don't work. If I could give them negative stars I would. I will NEVER go back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SUBWAY!! I had their tuna sandwich 3 days ago and I’ve been in so much pain since. My stomach hurts so bad to the point I almost went to the ER. I constantly feel like I have to throw up and I have diarrhea. I feel so sick. I probably ate processed and fake ingredients. Will never go to any subway again. On top of the food their store was extremely hot. It was already 100 degrees outside. The store had to been 110+

I love the food here and It’s super close to me because it’s on the side of the mall , but today and this week is 90° or above, I went inside and it felt as if 110° they said their AC is broken and they don’t want to come and fix it, those poor workers in there are sweating and I felt like I wanted to pass out I can’t imagine how they feel. Please come fix this AC unit subway

Ok where to start. Besides boxes from shipping sitting out that should be in a back room... for God sakes turn the AC on...made a app order and was told to be there at 110pm...two sandwiches... identical...there was a small line of only 3 people. My boss and I arrive on time. I did not leave with my food until after 130pm and they had helped every single walk in customer and pre ordered customer before me. They didn't have the herb bread again and since the place was empty instead of watching them go back and forth from the paper to the sandwich I tried to just give them directions quickly and I wanted out of there so badly I almost didn't care what was on my sandwich. My boss was able to order and eat before I even got my food and was asking me why i made the mistake of ordering and paying ahead.

Excruciatingly slow! For 5 minutes a customer had to show the cashier how to ring her up. I was 4th in line and had to wait 20 minutes just to get to the counter! Then when I got to the cashier, she rung me up $14 for a $9 order and couldn't figure out how to correct the amount. Patronize them at your own risk!

Somehow in 2023, the unacceptable is now acceptable. This Subway is conveniently located roughly a block from my workplace. Yesterday I had a craving for a certain sandwich and ordered a sub via the app for pickup. I got there... went to the pick-up area and was given my sandwich. The receipt taped to the bag had my name, and my order (with ingredients) taped on it. And while I ordered a cold sub, this bag felt warm... leading to me having some doubts on my way home. When I got to my destination, lo and behold, this sub couldn't be any more different from the one I had ordered. Seriously? So they put the wrong sandwich in the right bag? Get it together!So today, I was still craving the sandwich I rightfully ordered. So once again I ordered on the app ahead to pick it up on the way home. I'm a good dude and I felt a bit of forgiveness... everyone makes mistakes sometimes, right?I ordered at 2:00pm. The app said It was ready to receive at 2:20 pm. I walked into the store around 2:22pm and waited at the pickup area. At 2:35 a worker finally acknowledged my existence. They asked for my name... I replied with a simple "Thomas" believing my sandwich to be ready to go behind the counter somewhere. She replied with "okay, I will make it for you now"What?...again what?...So this woman begins making my sandwich that at this point was supposedly ready 15 minutes ago. Then another customer came in that seemed to be familiar with this "Sandwich Artist". They began to speak to each other very happily in Spanish and she put my sub aside and began making this new customer's order and completed it before going back to mine. Apparently, they don't care for "old white-face" too much at this establishment. At 2:45 my order was done. 25 minutes after the app said it was ready, and a full 45 minutes after I ordered myself a very simple sandwich. We aren't making a complicated meal here... this is literally a 3 min prep at most. To top it off, this was supposed to be a cold sandwich. This sub was toasted and warm. So even with the extreme delays, they still couldn't get the order correct now two days in a row.I will never come here ever again. And due to their lack of standards, I may never visit any Subway ever again. A complete lack of care, lack of respect, and some subtle racism has made this company lose at least one customer. Don't go here. Its bad and its not even cheap like it used to be. There is literally no saving grace for this bullshit restaurant. Instead go to Ikes, Mr Pickles or even Togos. Hell, go get a Safeway deli sandwich. Let this garbage burn as it should. Perhaps these people will all get leukemia. That would be pretty cool.

I went to Subway specifically for curbside delivery. I made a curse Curdside order On the app. When I got there and parked in front of the restaurant the employee came out to tell me they do not deliver food curtside and then I had to come in. Yet the app says waiting your car and they will bring it to you.They didn't make my sandwich as requested.I will not be eating here again.

I am writing this review because some of the employees of this subway have not gotten paid their wages for work they have done. Several of the employees have not been paid their wages and a few of them have not been paid since October. I am helping a few of the employees and ex employees file a claim with the hope that they will get paid the wages they are owed. The employees and I have made several attempts and requested their paychecks with no success. These poor people have worked hard and have not gotten paid. Some have stopped working until they get paid and some are still working there because they need a job but have not received their wages they worked for. It is Christmas and some of the employees need their money for food, rent, Christmas gifts. Subway at Sun Valley Mall in Concord, CA
