I really don't know how this Subway location is still open. The lady who works there doesn't seem to want business. I've gone here two times and both times she had an attitude and took her time coming up to take my order. She clearly doesn't like her job. Tonight I came in on my way home and I wasn't paying attention as she made my sandwiches. She put one dot, no joke, one small dot of mustard like smaller than a penny and didn't put any mayo on both mine and my husband's sandwich. Driest sandwich I have ever had. I had to add my own mayo and mustard at home. It's like she doesn't want customers so she provides poor customer service and intentionally makes the sandwiches poorly. I don't know if she's the owner of this location but if she is please take a customer service class. If she isn't, to the owner, it's clear by all of the one stars your location has received that keeping her employed at your location is causing you to lose money. Offer her coaching or hire someone else.

Refuses to honor coupons and really acted like she was doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. Not worth it at all, hit up Mr Pickles or Togo's for a good sandwich.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I came in to order 7 sandwiches, the lady who worked there refused to make them. Said she is the only one there and lunch is busy. I looked around and I was the only customer in the store besides one other person who was sitting down already eating her sandwich.

The sandwiches are good--standard Subway. But I'd skip this one. It does not accept gift cards and the service is subpar. Every time we've gone, the workers have been on their phone, made us wait, made it seem like they don't want to be there, etc. On the free Subway day, we brought our two-year-old daughter in and they said she could not get a free sandwich because it was one sandwich per group (not true). When we showed them the website saying it said "per person," they said she was too young for the promo (also not true). They just decided that arbitrarily. We have come here several times before road trips because it's our local Subway and it is easy to do a pickup order online. However, I don't think we'll choose to patronize them anymore. Subways are a dime-a-dozen, why choose one that doesn't appreciate your business?

Why would subway sends coupon to use for purchase then employees don't honor it. The lady the works on this subway was extremely rude and not very helpful. Now I remember why I don't come to subway anymore. Another franchise that will be out of business soon.

The woman who runs this subway is an awful human being. She reinforces the stereotype of some ethnicities being EXTREMELY RUDE. I don't know who she thinks she is- she works the counter at a Subway. My SERVICE dog and I tried to enter the store, and she raised her voice at me saying,"that dog is not allowed in here." My dog is well behaved and clean. I replied," she's a service dog and it is POSTED they are allowed." She said with disdain- show me the card. I informed her I didn't have it on me as my entire handbag was stolen out of my car recently. She was stuck up, short, rude, and power hungry. She must not get good sex ever! I will NEVER GO BACK THERE!

Avoid this subway & go some place else. The Indian lady was rude made us wait in line while she worked on online orders when I was on break like can’t the online order wait you have customers standing in front of you. She would give a mad look even before I said something like she doesn’t want to be there. The other girl was just talking on the phone. I’ll be contacting the corporate office for a complaint.

I give this Subway 0 stars if I could. I have been here twice at 8:30 pm, the door says the close at 9pm, Google says they close at 9pm , but yet the very rude employees tell me they are closed even though the door is open. They told me they close every day at 8:30pm. Change your signs and update google then.... And most of don't be extremely rude to me as if I am doing something wrong.

Worst customer service and worst Subway in Concord. Do not go here. They will not let you use the restroom even if you are a paying customer trying to dine in. My daughter was dancing around and needing to use a restroom while we were ordering, and we were told that the manager does not allow customers to use the restroom. I asked for a way to contact the manager to complain as they are breaking the law. I was not given any way to contact the manager from the worker. I will not go here anymore until the Franchise holds this owner accountable to follow CA law.Regarding the food, if you order a salad, expect a half-full container. They do not give enough lettuce for a decent salad.When ordering via the app, be careful. They often are not there when you place the order, and the app will still send the order through.They have also never fixed their machine, so customers can receive points for ordering Subway for their app. I've asked numerous times when this will get fixed and am told the manager doesn't want to contact subway for equipment that works to scan your app. Just another way this franchise does not care about its customers.
