Just went through the drive through and my soda is LITERALLY water with the tiniest splash of syrup, and despite asking for double grilled they only ever grill it

I drove through. There is nothing unexpected eating at Taco Bell. We all know exactly what to expect and this visit was the same.

It's a Taco Bell, so you get what you'd expect. This location however has really quick and efficient service and they keep the place clean. It's pretty dead inside however and some of the specific add-ons I requested in my burrito weren't there, but overall it's good for fast food standards.
Don’t be surprised if the Mexican pizza cheese is not melted and ALWAYS expect cold, unmelted cheesy roll-ups! They prioritize drive-thru over mobile pick up orders. I’ve stood there waiting while watching cars arrive and order in the drive-thru long after my order was placed, and then get their food before they even start making mine.

The lady working at the drive thru today 10/12/23 I will be reporting all of you to corporate. I stopped and grabbed my son something to eat and this is what their cheese quesadilla looks like. The lady was rushing and said she had to beat their timer. The cheese in the quesadilla wasn’t even melted you can see it in the picture. Unprofessional, rude, and dirty. I’ve never seen a Taco Bell this bad don’t come to the Olivera Rd location.
Been com in here a lot and the last few weeks somebody either does not know how to read English or somebody is stealing for me I put my money on that they're stealing for me I asked for a Cheesy bean and rice burrito with extra nacho cheese and for some reason I'm not getting it and when I call and tell them about the situation they said there's extra cheese I put it in myself quoted from whoever answer the phone no names were given so I can't put it in here on the review I see that my extra dollar for the extra nacho cheese sauce is not being given because somebody else wants it

They can't seem to get an order made correct. That used to bother me. It doesn't anymore.Ya see! I recently learned that taco bell includes in their food. Chemicals known BY the FDA to cause cancer. There are reportedly 100 ingredients in a soft taco. Most of which are not natural or good for your health.

I go to this location on ocassion but today was bad as I was ignored trying to ask for sauce. What's worse a lady cut in front of me and got her side of onions and the tall male worker saw me. He helped her first and after looked at me and didn't help me and turned away. That's just terrible. If they won't leave the condiments out anymore, at least pay attention to your customer standing at the counter for pick up! I gave up and sat back down. Thus my review!!!!
