I recently had a heartwarming experience at Taco Bell on Concord Avenue that truly restored my faith in humanity. After a series of unfortunate events left me hungry and wallet-less, the staff at Taco Bell went above and beyond to help me out. Despite the late hour and the closed lobby, the manager kindly listened to my situation and promptly provided me with a bag of food. Their act of kindness not only filled my stomach but also warmed my heart. I am truly grateful to the staff at Taco Bell for their compassion and generosity. Five stars for exceptional service and a reminder that kindness goes a long way.
Limiting hot sauce packets now? I used to go here nearly every week. Now I was told I could not get more than 2, TWO hot sauce packets!!! Two! I ordered four items. That's at least 8 sauce packets worth. When I asked for a refund they refused to give me a receipt for my refund. So much for one of my go to lunch spots.

Understaffed, no options for in lobby customers, no access to hot sauce, drinks, or lids! Have to ask one of the two employees working who are already swamped for assistance, this is ridiculous.

Went to the kiosk machine to order, chose cash payment. I was directed to the couter to pay cash. I was ignored by all of the staff working in the kitchen area for 5 minutes. When a staff member came up to bring someone else's order I spoke up and said hi I am making a cash payment, they ignored me and went back to the kitchen area, I waited for another couple minutes and decided to leave. I don't even want to go to taco bell anymore
Food was as expected. Dinning room was spic and span. It's unfortunate that there is something going on with the sewage lines between taco bell and jiffy lube. It floats into the restaurant and is unpleasant. This is my second time dinning in and I don't recall it being a problem last time. Other than that, it was a perfect visit.

Placed our order at the kiosk then headed to counter to pay and we stood there for 15 minutes before someone came to take our payment didn't ask what we wanted for the meal we ordered it had two different things we could have just gave us what they felt like could get the code to bathrooms hard to catch an employee there drive thru is there only concern will not go back
