Ordering through yelp/grub hub unfortunately food was cold. And no text letting me know my food was dropped off. I have already eaten my food and still zero text that my food has been dropped off

they answered the phone (once in a while)when they put me on hold for 9 min. drove there still on hold and not one customer was there, they had nothing on the grill. He said he was busy in the back. Ordered my sandwich to go and when I got home I thought it was a sampler sandwich. that business really got skimpy. I am done with them.

Clean, friendly, perfectly cooked to order food what more can you ask for?This is my favorite Cheesesteak Shop location in the Bay Area - I’ve been to several (Castro Valley, Alameda, Richmond, and Vallejo).The dining room is always super clean. Service is friendly, accurate and quick. The cook here actually cares about making your order correctly and it tasting good.I hope the owner of this particular shop sees this reviews and lets his employees know what a great job they are doing at this particular location because they do a standout job every time, I love the consistency.

My boyfriend was craving a Philly cheese steak one night and I had never had one. Now I love them! And we've only ordered from The Cheese Steak Shop. We've never been to the actual location and have only got them on door dash but everytime it has been so amazing. I love that they offer half sandwiches too because that's normally all I can eat. Highly recommend this spot!
