Showed up shortly after they opened around 11:30, I was given a lunch menu, I ordered a bit later after setting down the menu, my standard order which I have been ordering for more than 25 years. I mistakenly assumed the waitress would know I wanted my order off the lunch menu. I had my meal, which was not as falvorful as I remember it being. After receiving my bill, I was saddened to see the waitress charged me for a dinner serving of my order. I paid the bill without mentioning it, but I am disappointed in the bait and switch. It's been a while since I ate lunch here, with this, it may be a while before I return.

First timer here and probably the freshest noodles I have ever had. It was like entering a whole other universe savoring the flavor of the noodles with marinara sauce and meat sauce. The decor of the place was vibrant with a dark lighting which made for a pleasant experience. Our waitress was attentive and made sure we needed everything we needed. I would love to be back with a bigger appetite and more time to enjoy a variety of the yummyness The Old Spaghetti Factory has to offer.

The OSF and our family and community go waaaaay back. It's a piece of history. It doesn't deserve anything less than 5 stars. The service, in our experience, is always professional, courteous, and efficient. If you've been coming here as long as we have, over 30 years, then you know what to order, what to expect, and are never disappointed. The portions are generous for today's prices. I could eat their spaghetti with browned butter and mizithra cheese forever. They're also really good with kids so it a really nice family restaurant. The fun decor and activity menus keeps the children entertained. We love it here!

Parking: Free parking garage is a short walk. Street parking can be difficult to find if you want to be close to the restaurant. Be prepared to park and walk a short distance.

OSF is always a really great time. I've been here 4-5 times in my lifetime and each time it is great. The food is always amazing and fills you up no matter the portion size.Parking: There is parking on the street and in a parking garage that is never near full.Kid-friendliness: They have very kid friendly food items on the kids menu and they even have drawing activities for the kids on their menu.

The cable car is neat to sit inside, but this time we sat in the old-time feeling bar near the front window overlooking Todos Santos Plaza!

The Old Spaghetti Factory is a place where it's consistent in all the right categories. Clean, service and taste. I went for their famous lasagna and I saw why. It was dense and not runny. It has rich with meat, paara and not too cheesy. Essentially like a tower of pasta in meat sauce. I upgraded my salad to the Ceasar which was worth it. Enough dressing and bite size croutons. I hate the building block size. Even the vanilla Ice cream was generous and the proper temperature so it wasn't melting within 5 minutes on the table. Prices were reasonable too. Just be prepared to arrive early to find parking.

I really alike to take my grandson to his favorite place in Concord, CA.We always have a wonderful time there. It just seems that the food gets better and better every time the warm bread that arrives ti your table with lots of butter, salad or soup, last time I found out they have clam chowder as well, on certain days. Mizithra our favorite pasta or you can get the potpourri that has three kinds of pasta. Clam, Alfredo Mizithra. You also get your scoop of ice cream at the end spumoni or vainilla. It is just a place with great service, the last time we had a boss Jack, take care of us.I would say it is a great family place with very good food all at a great price ?Kid-friendliness: They have a cable car or train car inside, where children love to sit to enjoy their food.Wheelchair accessibility: It is all one story and has the door gadgets for easy wheelchair access

Parking: The parking lot was in an outside mall.Wheelchair accessibility: The seating was mostly wheelchair accessible, but the entrance and bathroom did not have an easy access for a wheelchair user to go in and out of the restroom without someone else’s assistance. There was not an automated door button. In addition, the trolley and booths were not wheelchair accessible.
