Haven't been out having a frozen yogurt in a long time. Was there today 10-18, 2022 4:40PM. The rudest service. No one around. employee was in the back and not even looking to see if there was a customer. Did not say hello, thank you, etc, etc.... didn't answer a question accurately about portion purchase as could have care less. Was on cell phone much of the time.

Worst customer service. Employee at counter who is a girl was on her phone with a terrible face towards customers. Very rude. Better off if you decide to get a treat somewhere else.

Due to COVID, the frozen yogurt shops I used to go to are now permanently closed. Tutti Frutti located on the first floor of Sunvalley Mall is still open, and they still let customers do self-serve (as opposed to having an employee putting the yogurt and toppings into the cup). When you enter, there is a sign on the counter that asks customers to sanitize their hands and put on the plastic gloves that are provided. The store had typical flavors like Tart, Strawberry Sorbet, Vanilla, Mango, Hazelnut, and Chocolate. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars (maybe even 2.5 stars) is that the counter for toppings was pretty messy. There were different fruit and boba mixed in the containers, the servings spoons were all over the place, and the toppings weren't cleaned off the counter. The yogurt itself was good. It costs 69 cents an ounce, so we ended up spending a little more than $17 for 2 cups of froyo and toppings.

We were at the tutti frutti branch at the sunvalley mall in concord ca. on saturday september 11, 2021. We ordered 2 bowls and put in our toppings. Me and my sister both put mochi and almonds on our bowl... We noticed when we were eating it, the mochi was hard and chewy. I had to spit it out because it was hard to chew it. The almonds taste old and not very pleasant to the taste. I went back to the girl who served me and told her about the mochi and the almonds. We were very disappointed. It felt like we didn't get our money's worth.

Great location for ice cream sandwich macaroons. Although if you're strictly in search for ice cream sandwich cookies, just stick to Diddy Riese in West Wood. Be prepared to stand in line, for this place is a cool lil spot in Pleasant Hill, CA for desert.
This is my best and first choice to get yogurt at in my area. The employees are very nice and respectful. A young lady named lupita made it the best experience for me and gave me her best option on yogurts and took me step by step on what to do thank lupita !!!!!!

So I went into the store at 8:35pm and the girl told me they where closed and the machines where turned off. She was hella rude about it and and the door was open. I understand closing early but at 8:35pm when the mall doesn't close till 9pm?

Had a sweet tooth after work yesterday so I went to Tutti Frutti. Not a big selection of yogurt but enough to accommodate everyone's tastes/favorites. Lots of toppings to choose from which is great! Cashier was nice, very fast/easy checkout Will be back!
