The empanadas have less filling and price has increased. Customer service can be better. The cashier would rather finish their conversations with their coworkers rather than be attentive to customers that are waiting in line.

Their chicken empanaditas used to have a lot of chicken. Now, they barely have chicken and the price went up! The chicken Empanaditas at Valerio's in Vallejo are way much more delicious and have a lot of chicken! With that said, I don't mind paying more!

We've visited this branch before and one of the items we purchased had grown mold. We decided to give them another chance since we were in the area. Unfortunately, we're extremely disappointed yet again as we had bought a pack of suman malagkit and all of it was spoiled. Very sour smell and sour taste which is abnormal for this kind of food. The sell-by sticker on the package says 12/17/23. I hope the proprietors and other workers will be more diligent in checking their inventory as this is a major health hazard. We will not be returning to this branch as they've fully lost our trust as consumers. Please be wary when you buy products from this location as who knows what other items may be spoiled as well. As an alternative, there is another location in Vallejo that has been very reliable for us.

It was early in the morning of dec 10 at 8:10 when i encountered a VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE at your branch in concord. You should not hire employees with bad attitude. They should be trained on proper customer service.

Drove all the way to Concord to get pandesal only to see that the employees closed the store early. It's only 6:34 pm (actually got there earlier at 6:23 pm) and the sign says they close at 7 pm. One of the employees saw and heard me knocking, waved me away and walked to the back to avoid me. Bad business and dishonest workers. Does the owner know his/her employees are closing up early? If these are new operating hours, they should update their signs.

Going to Valerios was such a childhood staple of mine. To this day I still try to come and pick up some pandesal bc let's be honest nobody else makes it better than Valerios. However, recently I visited and picked up some pandesal, and banana fritters. Of course during my drive home I took a bite of the sagimis and it was old. Stale and old to they point where I had to spit it out. 2 pieces for $3.18 of stale food. I just feel like the quality has gone down and of course with inflations prices have gone up so that's that.
Fresh baked breads and empandas. My husband and I like to get the mocha roll there, soooooooo good. We also bought empandas and pan de leche. Service is always friendly and setting always busy. The seating is outside the bakesshop area and pretty comfortable but busy..

The prices have become out of control. We used to buy Cheese Pan de Sal there, 10 pieces in the bag for $3.75. That was last year. They now charge $5.49 for the same pack of 10 pieces.Pricing is way out of control.

Dropped by here on my way back to El Dorado Hills. We have no flip bakeries in my area and I have been craving sapin sapin for a long time. I also picked up some kutsinta and chicken empanadas and they were all delicious. Definitely coming back whenever I'm in the area.

I was looking at the reviews of this place and wanted to give it a try BUT after reading multiple reviews about moldy items I was like NO THANK YOU! But I decided to find out for myself and sure enough there was multiple moldy items on the shelf! Very disappointing! I should of took pics but didn't ;(
