Worst dining experience I’ve had in years truly. I went in for a promotion that was offered online as soon as I went on the website. I was expecting a lively environment like a super duper burger or chipotle or something. Instead we walked into a lifeless burger shack with curly q behind the register about to pass out from boredom. When asked about the promotion he rudely told us “we don’t do dat no moe” and is all he repeated when asking about other ways to use the promotion. Very unhelpful. Very inconsiderate. Very poor attitude when asking about menu details. I’ll probably never go back here again.

They have a big sign in the store and the website that says you can get a free shake if you buy a burger. Then the cashier who made 0 effort to hide the fact that he hates his job told us rudely that the promotion isnt real anymore. Well they advertise it everywhere so they should honor it. If the cashier wasnt extremely rude we might have gotten food anyway but didnt trust the guy not to spit in my food.

There were no customers when my wife and I arrived. Associate was standing behinding the counter. We ate at the restaurant and saw that several of the tables were dirty. If it were busy I can understand but that wasn't the case here. Even after we got our food, only one other customer came in. Not a great first impression for a first timer looking to try a new local restaurant.

I placed my order through GrubHub for a classic burger and a combination of fries and onion rings. I ordered my burger with mushrooms, mayo and Wayback sauce along with the standard onions, lettuce and tomato. What I got instead, was a regular burger smothered in ketchup, mustard and lots of pickles all of which I specifically omitted in the order. As for the fries and onion rings, I received two whole onion rings! Oh boy! Needless to say, I gave the hamburger patties to my dog after wiping off the mustard and ketchup and threw the rest of it away. Next time I'll order from somewhere else. I did contact GrubHub and they gave me a refund.

Order through GrubHub order took almost a half an hour longer than original ETA. When we got the food milkshakes were melted salad had no dressing fries cold and burgers somewhat cold rather disappointing. Must be called wayback Burger cuz they're way back on the list would not

Pretty good. They are a bit pricey, $9 for a regular cheeseburger. I liked the burger but the meat could use a little salt on it. Also for the price, I felt a little unfulfilled after eating, it looked decent sized but didn't fully satisfy. I considered order a second one but the price kept me from doing it. I did get a milkshake, it was thick and hard to get through the straw but really delicious. All in all it was good, just wish for the price I felt more full and couldn't even consider another burger.Parking: Not many parking spots right in front but there's other in the shopping center the restaurant resides in
