Ordered on DoorDash. It’s been ~1 hour and the food is still not ready with no hope in sight. Our poor delivery dude took photos and there’s a ton of people waiting too. Really confused on why something as simple as consistent as wings is taking a buttload amount of time.

Man, I’m a Wingstop savant and this was one of my best Wingstop experiences of all time. Junior was extremely kind and delivered phenomenal customer service even thought I walked in at 11pm on a weekday. The food came out fast, hot, and just as I ordered. The voodoo fries that they prepared we hands down the best batch of voodoo fries I’ve ever had. Thank y’all for the fire experience.

Lead shift lady name Ariana or some other name (Sunday night) said "we stop taking order at 10pm", however store closed at 12am. She said " I'm tired of working tonight " and suggested and I recall"you can call whomever you want "We"as a store don't give a "F" anyway" and laugh... poor behavior.

Waited 25 mins and then got the wrong item. Ordered boneless wings and they gave me bone-in. Just no. If I’m going to wait a crazy amount of time at least get the order right.

Me and my coworker ordered our food through the Wingstop app today and never got our food. We got a notification it was delivered but never received it. I’m a manager at Safeway and checked our cameras and the person never even walked in the store with our order. Then I sent somebody to the store because there phones are broken and the “manager” said he had to call his boss to see what to do and they wouldn’t give us a refund OR make us new food, poorly managed store and even worst customer service! The “manager” said there phones are broken and nobody will be getting through to them. As a manager I only get 30 min lunches and was counting on that food to be here, worst service I’ve ever received

Very bad service at the Winds store. I placed an order at Uber and I told them a special note that I wanted abanero sauce on the side and the sauce arrived with the chicken and something else. I spoke to the address number they have at Uber and they told me that they don't have any there. order that was another store wids bad experience nom arrived well my order I would give zero stars lero it is not possible

I ordered it online and I'm glad I did because every table in there was taken and they were waiting for their food. It was very busy! The food was good and the employees were nice!

Ordered from here last night 1/6/24 through DoorDash. I ordered the 20 piece classic with some sides. Instead of bone-in wings, I received 20 boneless soggy nuggets. Disgusting and threw them away!! Never ordering from Wingstop again.
