Could be because we came before close. Otherwise always a good move going to Blue Bowl.Proportion on point! “I've been visiting this spot since they opened. Their food is delicious, well-made, and of course. Healthy. I get different variations of the avocado toast along with the healthy veggies sandwich. I absolutely love their almond butter smoothie. Their natural juices are also tasty. My boyfriend loves ordering chicken and turkey sandwiches from here, as well. The service is attentive and very polite. No complaints. The owner is sometimes at the shop, and he's very knowledgeable on any of the food items. The tables are always clean. I also like that they play so jazz and pop music to add character to the ambiance. Definitely a 5/5 star rating. “I love to go to Active Culture every time I’m in the Newport area. They have very original healthy options like the LB bowl and the Chocolate Bliss shake. The yogurt and açaí bowls are so good too. I like to get an LB bowl to go because the brown rice, apples, dates, prosciutto and cheese hold up well while traveling and I can eat it anytime I get hungry. Close to the ocean and sitting outside on a nice day is heavenly.“

“Smoothies are basic. Not as much flavor as other places. Too much ice IMO. I do like that they have hemp protein as an option compared to most places that only have pea protein as a vegan option. Staff members are very kind and always available to answer questions. Lots of parking. Down side is there's not really any good space for dining in and the few tables that are inside always seem to be dirty, as well as the booth benches. There's an outdoor area, but its not very cozy. I suggest to just grab and go.“
