Worst customer service white guy with tattoos was rude and laughed at me when I told him he gave me the wrong order and said he can’t do nothing about it even when I showed him my receipt and all. Plus he said that I was stupid. Worst place ever!

Seriously second time they've gotten my order wrong, and it's so frustrating because it takes 20 mins to get there and to come home with the wrong thing again after not eating the whole day is super disappointing. Seriously what the f@#%% how hard is it to listen to an order. New guy with the tattoos looked stoned while he was listening to me so I shouldn't be surprised it's the wrong order

Saimin was uncooked or they switched out. Bland.Service was counter level.Table dirty requested it be cleaned and reluctantly so.Can't blame the system forever.Not worth it. :/
Delicious! I ordered the Pineapple Chicken bowl ($9) and a small Macaroni Salad (almost $4) and the portions are very generous! The chicken is more like the Crispy Honey Chicken (from PF Changs) or like Orange Chicken (from Panda Express) - batter/fried than just marinated chicken. Still delicious and has some crunch! Just wish they had more pineapple chunks in the serving. The bowl comes over white rice and so I elected to order a small side of mac salad. Best $4 youll ever spend! Super creamy and not vinegar-y like some other places make. My lunch bowl, mac salad and medium drink came to $15 and some change! Would recommend and will be back to try other entrees!

Not sure why this place has some bad reviews all i can say is the handful of times I've eaten here it's been excellent. The prices are competitive with other restaurants in town and the food is so good. Also i get the biggest portions here compared to other Hawaiian bbq spots. Just give it a shot before trusting the bad reviews i think you'll be surprised! The bbq mix plate is so good!!

I've ordered the same thing from here--bbq chicken bowl with spam musabi--four different times and each time has been consistently delicious. Food is made in a timely manner, and they safely secure the food when ordering to go. 5/5 would recommend!

The two times we ordered from here was a bust. The flavors are really good but the quality is what gets us. The time before last, we purchased food and the chicken was PINK. Literally breaded and RAW. The last time, the macaroni salad was rancid like the mayo sat out or something sat out and they just threw it together still. The customer service was nice so that's why two stars but I'm assuming it's hit or miss at this place.
For the price you get good size portions.
