In the past the bakery wasn't great and service was very slow but I went in there a couple weeks ago and things have changed. The sandwiches are really good and done quickly. The drinks we got were good too. I haven't tried any baked goods yet but the macaroons looked really good. Service was exceptional! I'd recommend giving them another try if you have been disappointed in the past.

It’s all sandwiches now. No freshly bakery items. So disappointed. Should rename the store! Coffee drinks available but no bakery items to go with the coffee. Family was looking eagerly to eclairs, cake and bar cookie specialities.

Today I was looking for a bakery that could make me a cake and I knew this small company use to have a location in Woodcrest. I also was aware that they previously had one down by City Hall in Riverside and one in Corona so I called the Corona location today to inquire about a cake and the gal on the phone said they were just a café now, no longer a bakery... but boy when I saw the third review down on this list of reviews here on Yelp where the owner Julie privately commented back to a customer all I can say was that it very unacceptable. Now I can understand why this company is or already has failed.

Wanted to update. The one at Dos Lagos is no longer a bakery! Cafe only, and the phone number has changed to (951) 603-3088. Called order desserts for Easter and this is what I was told.

Highly recommend if you're looking for something sweet! 10/10 The owner is really friendly and welcoming. And the blended coffee is good! I recommend the strawberry cheesecake and tiramisu slice of cake.

Dark chocolate buttercream piled mile high on generous moist chocolatey cake. Not too sweet balanced very nicely. Beautiful presentation. When the Chocoholoc attacks gets me i drive a country mile for these. OMG ! Store is quaint. Beautiful showcases full of delectable treats....but I have one desire....the double dark chocolate cupcakes! Good stuff!

I recently stepped into the van buren location andIf I could leave negative stars I would.The seating was very crammed And the lighting was very dim.I purchased a cupcake and sat down at a dirty table.The selection was very crammed.I purchased a cupcakes and the frosting was Frozen.when I cut into the cupcake It was also frozen and dry.I didn't bother and threw my pastry away. My original post was removed The owner privately messaged me the attached image:She was very upset about my honest review.

Everything about this place was great! We have gotten desserts from there regularly and have never been disappointed, they are also careful with packaging so if you plan to take home and eat later it travels well! We took a chance and got sandwiches for lunch and we were so surprised! They tasted amazing, at first you think might be a little on the high side for cost but once you get it and eat it is totally worth every penny!

When the place first opened their cakes use to be good. As years past there are better bakeries around the area. During a quick shopping trip, I wanted to satisfy my cupcake craving but selection wasn't pleasing to the eye. I didn't want to just walk out because the guy behind the counter was waiting for me to choose something. So I gave in and got a small lemon cupcake. When I took a bite I regretted my decision to waste my calories on a day old tasting cupcake. It was so bad I was willing to waste my money and throw it away.

Negative 1-Star. Walked in an hour before closing to a pair of cranky mutes working behind the counter. My rating however, is for the worst caramel macchiato I've ever had. It tasted like hot tap water.

So disappointing with the quality of the food. It use to be fresh and delicious but the quality and customer service has gone down. I bought a velvet cupcake that tasted horrible and had to throw it away. I went back a year later for coffee and as I was drinking the coffee I noticed the chucks in my coffee in which the half and half that they served was spoiled. When I called to complain about it the employee was not understanding and brushed it off like it was no big deal. Not going back again.
