Food is good, but service is so, so slow. If you are in a hurry, don't bother with drive thru. Employees were friendly, my only complaint is speed of service. Not sure if it's a staffing problem, or lack of effort from employees. Have been to this location 3 times now, and same problem.

I started going here because the closet Jack in the Box is really bad.I am VERY VERY disappointed that Arby's discontinued their fan favorite. The beloved potato cake.The staff here is very friendly and attentive to their customers needs. I usually get the same thing, classic beef and cheddar with extra cheddar sauce, and besides being a little messy they are good. A big improvement over a few years ago when you had to really look for the beef!They are more expensive than J-n-B and don't have as good a loyalty program, but this Arby's is above the normal standards we place in a fast food restaurant.

Food: it’s Arby’s! You know what you’re getting. And if you don’t, you NEED to try it. Many people have never tried and assume (I blame The Simpsons). I had the double roast beef sandwich (I should’ve gotten the single), the curly fries and 4pc mozzarella sticks. Let me tell you, the sticks are BOMB! Don’t sleep.Service: these guys here are doing their JOB! Great service and very attentive. There were only a few guys there working, but they made it seem like they had a full team. Hats off to y’all!Atmosphere: Very clean and spacious with lots of room for different sized parties. My only suggestion is to have some music going in the background. Other than that, this was a great trip.
Why they takes 10 minutes to make 2 sliders is beyond me. Then she forgets half my order.

Arby's in general used to be good. This particular location is bad.3 bad experiences out of 3 visits to this location. The staff is always rude, food prep takes a long time and it makes me wonder what's going on in the kitchen (Waiting) because the food is always very sloppy when I finally receive it, almost resembling dog food.Unfortunately the staff, service, and everything else about the restaurant is a true reflection of the business owners and management.Having an Arby's franchise is pure gold if the restaurant is run properly.Due to past experiences at this location, I won't be returning. I will instead make the trip to Anaheim where I know the Arby's is top quality.
