The big shift leader there on Sunday 7pm in the drive thru Didn't tell me that it was optional to sign my receipt with a pen that was not sanitize !!! I asked her she said the pen is not sanitized and also gave me attitude and said " you didn't ask me when I gave you the pen! " Bad service won't come again ewwww!!! I hope the state bored comes after this Carl's Jr.!

Way overpriced compared to it's competitors. Food is not always fresh especially the fries. I recommend asking them to make you fresh fries otherwise they'll just give you the ones they always have sitting under the heat lamps. Only reason I go back is for their incomparable western cheese burger

Everything you'd expe t from a Carl's Jr. Clean, neat, well kept, friendly faces and great service too. Oh and the best burgers as well.
Nastiest burger I've ever gotten. I'm so grossed out!! It was dripping wet. It literally dripped thru the wrapper, the box, and the bag. Bottom bun was complete mush. I get this burger often and never had this issue. Someone should re-train who ever is in charge of quality control. Extremely disappointed. $8 burger in the garage

Extremely disappointed. My burger was drenched in liquid. It literally soaked thru the wrapper, the box, and the bag.. so disgusting. I'd leave zero stars if I could! I've ordered this burger several times so I'm not sure what they did different on this occasion. The bottom bun was pure mush. Work on the quality control at this location. It's definitely lacking!!

Nice people I went to go to the restroom and a guy gave me 5 dollars to get a drink when I ordered a water cup and then gave me a burger that he wasent gonna eat it was a good restroom break lol
