i visited this carls jr location because we had recently gotten some coupons in the mail and decided to visit. i hadn't gone to a carls jr in a long time and it was mostly because what i used to order was not served anymore. on this visit i ordered a large fry and a western bacon cheeseburger. i was pleased with the size of the burger and the toppings actually felt like they filled it out because i've been to places where they skimp you on the bacon or something like that but it didn't happen on my burger. the french fry container was actually filled up to the top and they were hot and salty.

Haven't been here for awhile. Glad I did. Got a Western Bacon and Famous Star on their window special. Really missed the Famous Star. Still the best. It's nice and clean with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere throughout.
This place is usually good with orders and fast my only problem is that this location overcharged me they charged me $12.39 for a kids meal 4piece chicken nugget combo with fries that should have been 5$ I didn’t realize this until I got the transaction the next day I wouldn’t have expected this from this location since I come quite often there has to be a way for me to get my money compensated back can someone who can actually help me reach out because this is unacceptable especially with the holidays around I also have the transaction for this location and the time I went it was exactly at 1:23 pm Wednesday December 6th when I was paying the associate took my phone to do the Apple Pay transaction I believe I should get my money back at least since I am a loyal customer someone higher up please reach out because when I went to the location they couldn’t help me unless I had the receipt but I have the transaction on my Wells Fargo account please and thank you . This location stole money from me be careful when coming here .

Blanca was the best this day on 12/11 Monday morning, She was real, nice and w/ a smile . I only say this cause some people in the afternoon or dinner are nothing like her . She deserves a raise . I know for a fact how Carl's Jr works - I worked for them 25 yrs ago for 10 yrs and they were great . I will come back if she is there . Thank you for the service and good costumer service this time . Pls continue the great work .

Been here several times, every time the manager walks around gabbing on her cell phone, food is rarely fresh, cold fries, and burgers, the girl cashiers couldn't take your order correct if they're life depended on it, get your act together!

Are they even trying at Carls Jr foothill in Corona? I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal. Fries were good but the sandwich was gross. Not even sure what the white sauce on the top is? Cheese maybe, just tasted nasty. Too much Mayo and only pickles, come on put tomato and lettuce at least. I'm not sure if the chicken is 100% just chicken, it tastes weird. Carls Jr should take a lesson from chick filet. You can do way better Carls Jr! Too bad it’s close to my house, not an option anymore.
