I always order jalapeño poppers either through drive-through or a DoorDash. And online it says that they come with a side of ranch. And they never ever put ranch in my order. It ruins, my whole lunch lol.It would be nice if they stop forgetting the ranch then I’ll give them five stars

Very disappointed with my order. I got two chicken sandwiches and I had ordered a Superstar, but instead I got a Famous star.I unwrapped my burger and I immediately saw that spot of mold on the bun.

Situated on McKinley off the 91 freeway on the south side this is a really good Carl's JR. Nice workers!
Just seems expensive when it costs 4 people almost $60 to eat. No extras were added infact we all did not order combos just sandwiches.

I ordered a couple burgers from their meal deal menu and for some reason they had us pull to the front of the store and the two cars behind got their food ASAP and left. My gf (who’s worked in The food business for 5 years) told me that they probably spit in our food because I said to the lady at the window “I don’t need that” when she tried to hand me my receipt.. I pull to the front and we wait and then when she came out to give us our food, she looked at us weird when we said thank you. Anyways, we drove home and her burger had a finger print on the top of the bun and it was unusually soggy? We’ve ordered the same burger(jalapeño burger) several times before and never had a soggy bun before?!?!? We threw away the burger and will not be returning. The whole experience was weird.
