Service was not the best . However the last time I went there was this dude in the front very good customer service skills and he looked very young. This ia big J the Realtor I go 3 x a week. With my son. He loves the fries I think they are ok. Lol fun place for kids. They need artic thunder back.

Redone Chuck E. Cheese with the new paint scheme and redone interior. Lots of games and activities. All play is with a swipe card. Kinda of expensive but the kids enjoy it. Save your card to reuse and also save tickets for next time. Reload your card each trip. Food is the usual pizza. Redone menu however didn’t venture to try wings of salad bar. Staff was attentive. Some games were down, staff was prepping the whole time for birthday parties and evening parties.Vegetarian options: Salad bar and cheese pizza.Parking: Lots of parking during the week. Construction has the entrance to the location hindered however weekends get super busyKid-friendliness: Very nice to kids and they whole interaction with Chuck E. Cheese

Pleasantly surprised by the updates! No more animatronics! Fun music but not too loud. Place was clean. Their stuffed crust pizza is really good. If you download the app you can get extra tickets. New games too! The only thing I would change is of course the price, it costs us $100+ to go with two kids.

I love the new and improved chuck. E cheese. My kids definitely enjoyed the trampoline area and the extra space inside to run around. My kids are( 2&3 ).

Me and my partner- both avid animatronic fans- visited this location as a sort of belated birthday for me, and their roadstage is LOVELY- extremely well maintained and animatronics all in wonderful shape. The manager (didn’t catch his name) was EXTREMELY welcoming to us, offering to let us come up and brush their fur!!!! Truly phenomenal and unforgettable experience.My compliments to the actor in the walk-around Chuck as well, he made sure to seek us out when he wasn’t busy, even though we’re older than the general demographic, he made sure we were having fun. All employees we interacted with were super pleasant and friendly, and overall it was a wonderful space to be in.Unfortunately, they will be getting remodeled later in the month- but until they move on, these bots are in an extremely good home.
