FYI this place is closed Made reservations on Yelp and reservations were even confirmed. Showed up and the doors were closed. They have a ton of newspapers and trash at the front door...it looks like they have been shut down for a while. Yelp is not updated so beware before making plans

The location is great the food is great. Its the young white girl there thats terrible. They need to get rid of all the young white girls that work there. Those white girls should just stick to working in the malls with all the clothing not with food.

I AM SO INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN CITRUS CITY GRILL!!!! Two weeks ago on my birthday I made a reservation and was asked for a deposit of $25 per person as a hold charge. I was told these funds would be returned to me. In reality this money was supposed to be credited to my dinner bill that evening which it was not. It has been two weeks now, I have called every day about this refund, and I have never been addressed by a manager or my money returned. I am beyond frustrated. And apparently I'm not the only patron whose money this restaurant has hold of. Please refund my money NOW!!!!!!!

Honestly, the only reason I’m giving this review is because the hostess Danni would bend over backwards for customers. I made reservations on open table but it wasn’t showing up on their list but she still made sure to take care of us. The food was justt okay but my server was such a sweetheart and gave fast and reliable service. We will definitely be coming back.

The best salad was very good, love the champagne dressing. Grilled chicken was good also. Sat outside, great atmosphere.

First, I would love to leave this yelp review. Just as great occasion was planned. My sisters Colors Royal Blue and Gold.. So what way to Name it her "ROYal" 40th birthday dinner. Social distancing was important for me. I was very pleased the way the event went. Customer service was great. The Manager on-site Antwon made sure we felt comfortable in our dinning experience, very attentive with other table guests that I noticed so everyone eating at this restaurant were never left out or un attended. . Cake time......Everyone came out and sang. She had beautiful moment.Now, our server.... he was supercalafragulistic expialadociously Great.. And guess what (Drumroll.....) His name was Roy.... So Roy was our Boy assigned to this ROYal party....He was very attentive, helped me alot being that I was the lady in charge of my guest and keeping my sister comfortable. The whole night from start to finish he did the thing. Even entertained my 4 year old princess. She demanded he provided. LOL from the apricot wings, to the little cherrie dessert she wanted. So that helped me tremendously. Applying his family oriented experiences and adjusting to his work home experience was awesome. Birthday celebration on Saturday, and our server was Roy!!!!! Our service experience awesome. Due to covid-19 restrictions Manager Antoine was very accommodating with our seating arrangements. The whole evening, he and his crew provided everything we needed to make the evening special. Thank you!!

HORRIBLE! Don't be fooled by the ambience! The service is horrendous! First. I was directed to the restaurant party coordinator Kim who never called me back after multiple messages. . When my party arrived. We were told my table was not ready. After waiting an additional 20 minutes we ere seated in the wrong area. The Host/ Waiter who identified himself as a Police officer was very rude and unprofessional. After waiting an additional 30 minutes. I had enough. My party and I left without eating.Shortly after we watched other guests live as well. This restaurant CANNOT accommodate large parties, and there staff is argumentative and unprofessional. If you want a 5 star experience go to MASTRO'S! The staff member seen in the photo in the process of arguing with someone in my party.
