Great place for a sweet treat! The service was even better! We ordered a cake for my son’s birthday celebration. Just before the day, we had a family emergency and had to cancel the party. Naturally, we should have had to pick up the cake but Atef, the owner, agreed to let us postpone picking up the cake. I don’t know what he did with the cake if he had already made it, but we delayed for 9 months until the birthday of another son to call him to order a different cake. He pleasantly had the cake made for us and it’s was yummy.Thank you Atef!

I love it! We finally have an ice cream place in Temescal valley. They have non-dairy that isn't flavored ice! Only one flavor for now but hopefully they'll get more. I can't complain. Cold Stone creamery has never had a non-dairy ice cream that isn't flavored ice.

I keep coming back here because I love their birthday cake remix and I just can't stay away since it's close to the house! Ughh! I wish they offered specials or deals, but I will continue to come back because my kids love it and so do I!

I guess it’s normal when you have two workers for one to help the next guests instead of just finishing the first guest’s order? Also we paid the same price but got 2 cups worth of ice cream for one and barely filled in the lid on the second cup? This was a weird experience ngl

The banana ice cream here is so good! I went here with little to no expectations but was pleasantly surprised! We went on a Sunday night and the staff was excellent. The service was professional, friendly and quick! The younger blond guy that was serving us did such a good job recommending items and got us exactly what we wanted. We'll be back!
I absolutely love Cold Stone ice cream and this location is 3 minutes from my house. You might wonder why the 3 stars? Well I don't like leaving negative reviews but seriously need to in this case. I placed an online order for pick up at 4:45. I hate waiting in line when I'm just going to eat it at home. I get there at 7:20 to pick up since they are supposed to make it and put it in the little freezer on the back counter. I had to wait for them to finish with 2 large groups to then be told they hadn't made my ice cream because I wasn't there. The owner asked why I was upset when it was only 1 minute. He clearly lacks the concept of time and customer service. They should not take online orders if they can't have them done.

This location is in the best shopping center. It is located across a big beautiful water fountain and next to a movie theater. They have a few tables inside, but why would anybody sit inside when you can enjoy the beautiful outside. They have about 5 patio tables with umbrellas. It's a great place for a date night. The service has always been great at this location. The staff has always been friendly and chatty. The line is never crazy long. I love this location. My favorite ice cream is the "Mud Pie Mojo". A mixture of coffee ice cream, chocolate, peanut butter, and Oreos. Although they have a menu to choose from, I love that you can create your own too. It is on the pricy side but I'm ok with it for good desserts. They also have ice cream cakes at this location.

I've been here many times and had both great and mediocre experiences here. The first time I came, I was a bit shocked by the prices but the ice cream was fairly good and I came back for a birthday sundae which was good. Over time I've had the Chocolate Devotion and the two of the Cookie Dough signature creations.Everything hinges on which employee is working that day I fear. You either get exactly what you ask for or you get a terrible product.
