I usually refrain from leaving negative feedback, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this establishment. I strongly advise against visiting unless you enjoy being treated poorly by the staff behind the counter. My family and I visited last Saturday after my son's early tee ball game, hoping for a pleasant coffee break. However, we encountered an unpleasant situation. Despite spending around $40 on drinks and breakfast items and waiting for 25 minutes, the service was disappointing. When I politely raised my concern about the excessive sweetness of my drink, I was met with rudeness. The staff member insisted I pay for a replacement, even though I had barely taken a few sips and had been preoccupied with attending to my small children's needs. It's disheartening that despite expressing my willingness to discuss the issue with a manager, I was denied access to their business contact information and have yet to receive any follow-up (I offered to leave my contact information, I left my full name and number). This type of treatment not only tarnishes the customer experience but could also impact the business's reputation and bottom line. Treating customers with respect and empathy is crucial for fostering loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the management and encourages them to prioritize better employee training and customer service practices. To respect the the employees privacy, I will not mention her name nor the exact words that came out of her mouth but I'd be happy to discuss it with her manager if I can recieve a call back.

I love this place from the espresso to the baristas- particularly Melissa. I was confused about my order, and she came in and really tried to understand. She's amazing... along with the others who are working with her!

literally the best cafe in corona, their bagels are the so fresh and delicious. Also super tasty drinks. I’m surprised this chain isn’t more mainstream. They deserve the recognition!

Only if I could give them zero stars, worse experience ever and it’s not the first time they did this!! Paying $10 for something I didn’t order, I ordered the jalapeño bagel and they choose plain one for me without even contacting me! Hate the attitude of the workers, don’t waste your time and money here. Won’t ever be returning again!!

I ordered the iced Matcha green tea latte, a build your own bagel, and a chocolate croissant, if you like matcha drinks, maybe don’t get this one, I barely tasted matcha, it was just milk dyed green lol, bagel very tasty, same with Chocolate croissant, prices are the same as starbucks lol. I also had the Funky monkey and that was very good, it was like coffee/dark chocolate/banana drink and I enjoyed that a lot. Also maybe wear something nice, I went in there in my pjs and everyone there was very obviously white and rich, you can smell the privilege lol!

They fill the cups with ice, all the way to the top. When I asked to remove the ice, they put less coffee lol. If they need to make money, they should be honest and raise the price instead of cheating the customers.

Cool place! My Chai was awesome!Just wish my date wasn't so sketchy lol
The drink was great. My only complaint is that after I ordered my drink I sat and waited for it to be finished. Probably 30 minutes went by and I was getting frustrated. I went up to ask if it was almost done and it was just sitting out of view. No one had said anything about it being done. Didn't announce what it was or anything. The workers would even look over at me but just not say anything. Again I will say the drink was delicious but I would have liked to know when it was done and not let it just sit on a counter.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Corona. Small and cozy vibes where you can read, work or even have an intimate date. I absolutely loved this shop ,and some of my favorite drinks are as follows: Chai Latte (ICED) Toffee nut Latte Caramel Macchiato They are delicious - they have great service, and a welcoming environment. They also have some basic breakfast items: Bagels (Everything, Cheese, Plain etc.) They also have some premium items and some custom desserts I absolutely love their bacon, egg, and everything bagel. Their poppy seed muffin is also freaking delicious. Great vibes and good coffee is what you will get at Crave

Solid small coffee shop to go to! Customer service was good, and although I wish there was less ice in my latte the rose vanilla latte I had (vanilla addition suggested by my sweet barista) was immaculate! The bagel wasn't fancy or anything but the taste was enjoyable and I left completely satisfied :) -next time I'll be sure to ask for less Ice, they were nice so I have high hopes!

Went to the store with my boyfriend for the first time. They were so busy and understaffed that they refused to make our order of bagels LOL They didn't even try to make it and give us a waiting estimate like any other places. The latte I ordered also tasted watered down and nothing was special about it. Going to Starbucks is a better bet.
