Night shift from 04/21/24 had the worst attitude they missed up my order twice. My question is if you don’t like to work at place with customers coming in everyday I think this job ain’t for you

What’s with all the hype. The donuts suck. They are stale and hard . I drive all the way out here for a horrible donut. My local place Lucky Donut has way better stuff. No wonder this place has no costumers. Will never come back here. .

I have been going here for the past year and The staff is nothing but kind and they are quick and efficient. My coffee is always made perfect thank you to the staff at Dunkin!

Associate very slow spoken as I'd he didn't know where he was. I asked for two coffees and he gave us two iced coffees. I mentioned that I wanted them hot and he said people usually ask for iced or hot coffee. I said I asked for two coffees, does that automatically make them iced? Finally got two hot coffees. I asked for a lemon filled. And he gave me a cream filled. I mentioned it. After I ate it another associate came over to apologies about the lemon filled. They don't have lemon filled in the afternoons only in the morning. I asked why didn't the other associate tell me that, I would have asked for a jelly filled instead. The place was dirty. Tables were dirty which I asked to be cleaned and they did, but overall it was a very stale and boring place to sit and enjoy a coffee after being served by people that wish they weren't there to begin with. Very disappointed with this site and this experience.

Twice I've gotten this, the first time I asked for bacon avocado toast and got home with no bacon. Looked at my receipt, and sure enough they charge me for it. But I wasn't going to go all the way back just for some bacon. This last time again, was just disappointing . What in the world is that Dunkin? How are you going to charge for 8 sprinkles of bacon lol This is just bad haha ! Service was fine, inside was clean but the music was a bit too loud for my liking, especially if you plan on doing hw or study inside like you would at Starbucks or a cafe

Not sure I've ever got a fresh donut here. If you want a donut after 12pm then I wouldn't count on this location to deliver.
