I love Fit 4U Meal Prep! I have been ordering from this business since before the pandemic and the meals have always been consistently good. These meals taste so good that it makes dieting very easy and I lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks without having to put much effort in my weight loss journey. The meals are filling and are always cooked perfectly. I love that the meals are cooked fresh every week, that they are not frozen, and that there is a new menu every week. My favorites are the chicken pesto pasta, chicken and gravy, the pancake with yogurt, and the black bean turkey fajita bowl.

Good spot to get your meal prep for the week. I was getting meals from a delivery service before but I had to cook them myself. I decided i wanted to try this spot so i vould take good meals with me to work as well. So far its been great I am very happy. Menu changes each week and I am not a picky eater so I have really enjoyed each meal I have had so far! Also I think it is priced reasonable too.

Fit4U is an awesome meal prep company! The food is fantastic and it is so convenient having the meal delivered straight to my front door. I’ve tried about 10-15 meal prep services over the last year. From national companies (green chef, home chef, freshly) to local meal prep companies (my healthy penguin, seizes meals, meal prep kings). I tried fit4u about 4 weeks ago and the reason we’ve (wife and I) kept coming back is for their flavorful meals. ALL meals. With other meal prep services there’s about 1 or 2 meals that my wife and I don’t really care for. So much so that sometimes we toss the meal and have to eat out. This hasn’t been an issue with Fit4u thus far. Every meal we’ve had is full of flavor and we’ve yet to find a meal we don’t like.Definitely recommend giving these guys a shot

Fit 4U meal prep is absolutely the best! The quality is outstanding! Everything is fresh, never frozen! I absolutely love it. I’ve been using it for years. In the last two years it’s helped me lose 45 pounds dropping my body fat percentage from 32 to 21 while maintaining my muscle mass. Diet is everything as we all know and this can definitely help you achieve your goals. Try the meatballs. They’re my favorite.?

Ordered here for the first time. 10 meals. So far I've tried the ground beef Mac and cheese. Zero flavor. There wasn't any seasoning on the food at all. Turkey picadillo same thing no flavor. The only decent one I've had so far was the buffalo turkey meat balls. I honestly won't order here again. But I gave 3 stars because they are well priced. Just know you have to add your own flavor.
