Frequent this place for lunch and it's always good, and priced great. Almost always can do 2 for 20!. Waitress is awesome too, she always take great care of me. thank you again!!

Don't be fooled by their buy one get one free rolls specials. They upcharge their roll price. Doordash has it for $13 per roll. I called for a pickup ordering two rolls of same kind since it's buy one get one free, and they charged $18 per roll. And their portion of fish on top (rainbow roll) was horrible. I wouldn't even buy it if they charged $5 for it.

VOLCANO ROLL!! Probably one of the best baked/fried roles I have ever had! Ohhh the amount of money I would pay to experience this roll for first time all over again. I walked in was going to dine in with friends and family but didn’t want to after seeing someone used the bathroom didn't even bother to wash their hands while being around food. And then going to people serving them their food..just nasty. So I walked out didn’t even bother eating from here. idk what's going on but this is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend going here not sanitary or clean.

walked in and the place looked a mess. also i don’t know if it’s just me but workers were very rude seemed like they did not want to work! maybe because they are racist not sure ! would not recommend i came here with my family and walked right out! this place needs better management:/

Just wanna give a shout out to Hikari sushi over here on McKinley and promenade next to Vons and Applebees. Have seen this establishment open and close, and change hands a few times over the years. But presently by far, it is the best that it has ever been. Quality of Sushi and taste really changed and improved, and the prices are great. Especially the BOGO. I've also done takeout from this location as well. What I liked about this experience at Hikari is that they packaged the rolls separately in cute little plastic trays. (Have seen other places try to put several rolls in one container.) Also, the sauces come in separate containers, which really helps with the quality for takeout. The BOGO 1/2 price really makes it about the same price as what I would pay/eat for AYCE. Even better, 4 rolls for two people was $50.
