One cannot expect gourmet food from fast food places but it is a $5+ drink (boba) I was given a regular straw, and a fork to go with itThe flavor is not that bad but considering one uses the drive thru to order a drink while driving, am I to open my cup and drink my coffee how? The straw wasn’t working (too thin) and the fork?I like this place but please pay more attention to detail

i love jack in the box,but yesterday was horrible. the manager unprofessionalwe stop here every year after trick or treating. not ever again we will stop and eat here. did a mobile order so my food would be ready kids were hungry.. an hour later im still waiting ...I ask for a refund and manager said he couldn't i had to cancel the order.. they were busy and short handed i get it... but manager very disorganized .. other customers came in took thiers orders and they left with food and mine just never made it .. so my mom went up to complain and he just kept saying im busy..then sent a team member to talk to us and see if she could fix my order because he couldn't.. another person with a mobile just left never got their order either. food was cold and there was a long hair in the fries ( another order in our group) manger was not friendly at all no one was very unhappy employees. very disappointed.. cars were driving away .. the wait was horrible. no customer service here at all.

I went through the drive thru last night to get a Sprite. When I took the first drink it tasted like lemon pledge cleaner. It wasn't just the lemon lime flavor but this was a chemical taste. I took another drink to confirm and it was disgusting. I ended up feeling sick and woke up the next day with a sore throat. Be careful when getting items from this location because it seems like they didn't fully clean their soda machine. The employees are always rude and don't seem to care to be there which makes sense why something like this would happen.
Ordered food to go. Had the new Mocha coffee blended drink (forget what it's called) and that was good. This location is pretty consistent, good food and service.
