My kids saw an advertisement for Jack in the Box and wanted to have some burgers. I went to Jack in the Box that is located in Corona it was raining and I chose drive through ordering. I ordered classic Buttery Jack burgers, chicken nuggets, and fries. When I get home and opened the food the burgers were in a very bad condition.Nothing was matching the description on the website menu. My kids were so disappointed with the order. I paid 26 dollars for the whole order. I went back to the store with my husband and described the situation. The ladies workers were really nice, but the guy named Kenneth was very rude and was not even apologetic. He mentioned that we serve this to everyone and if u don’t want it I will throw it . He rudely took the bag and threw it in the garbage and said if u want your refund bring the whole order. I only gave you refund for three burgers. Usually in this kind of situation any restaurant will apologize and will offer you the refund or replacement willingly. It took us almost 20 minutes they will neither refund us the whole amount nor replace it with the actual item that we ordered. Finally the guys says we can refund you only for the 3 burgers which is around $7 and you will have to order again what burgers you want. Finally decided that it is not worth it the argument so we walked out without taking the refund and we left the burgers with them.I highly not recommend this fast food location and this will be my first and last time buying any food from Jack in the Box.

I love their curly fries ,shakes , and stuffed Jhalepeno .onion fries seem to be very sweet and also onion taste as if it’s stale .

I ordered a Fan Favs Box and it's worth the price because it came with curly fries, mozzarella sticks and mini tacos! It also comes with three sauces (Creamy Avocado Lime, Homestyle Ranch and Marinara). It was delicious and satisfied my appetite and I was happy! Thanks for the delicious food!Parking: It's easier to find a parking spot.

I ordered one combo at the drive through around 9:45 with one person in front of us. The person taking the order was an older Mexican lady who barely spoke English, which wasn’t an issue, but we waited 5-10 mins after paying only for her to tell us to go back around the drive through. When we went back around there were 4 people in front who all got their food at the window and which took about another 15-20 mins, and she didn’t give me the receipt. The burger was okay the fries weren’t salted, wouldn’t recommend for fast food.

This place has gone downhill. The last few times I've been here, I got food poisoning from a Jumbo Jack that had no flavor, soggy curly fries that had no seasoning, and a drink that tasted flat out expired. The newer people at the window are severely rude all the time, and it's just not worth coming here anymore.
I went through the drive through, very dissatisfied. Waited for Order for about 15 min, order a chicken sprint sandwich with curly fries and a chicken nugget kids meal with two tacos and all the food was cold and gross felt like I was eating frozen food ugh I hope I don't get food poisoning I know where it's from.

Went here during 11am, Lady in the drive thru speak minimal English, gets orders wrong CONSISTENTLY! If you cared about customer service OR her, you'd put someone else on drive thru til she's at least properly trained

Tried to redeem a coupon today and the item was "discontinued" even though the coupon date was still valid. Why even send coupons for items that will be discontinued in less than a month?
