this place is gross. bathrooms disgusting and the staff isnt good. last time I went here the younger gentleman helping me was slow and rude. I went in today and there was a red head working who didn't even great me. I waited 5 minutes while she's taking her time making a couple smoothies and doesn't say I'll be with you in a moment or anything. just disappointing

I'll be honest, I've been coming to Jamba Juice for years. I know that it's probably just a half-step away from any other sugary drink, but it's fun and I like the experience. This place was like any other Jamba - the service was good and the drinks were tasty. One thing that shocked me as a long-time Jamba guy was that wheat grass shots are no longer freshly made and now come in a bottle. Mind: blown. Not sure how I feel about it yet. The waiting area was a little small and there weren't many places to sit, so if that's a dealbreaker for you be warned.

We've been coming to this Jamba for a long time, but recently it has really gone downhill. The store is always understaffed, which makes wait times ridiculous. We have been asked to leave so that the employee (yes, singular) could take their break. The employees aren't to blame, but turnover is very high (we've had friends work there and leave quickly) clearly the store is struggling so badly to keep their employees.On our most recent trip we got two smoothies (we have had both before) and they were NOT up to standard. I have attached videos of both for reference. The cranberry orange whip (a winter seasonal special) is one of our favorites, but this one was thin (not a smoothie consistency!!) And had no coconut whip. The vanilla blue sky was not fully blended and you can see how chunky and under-blended it is. There was only one employee staffing the store and she was clearly stressed trying to take orders and make drinks at the same time.On top of that, one restroom is our of order and the other is not stocked properly.We're disappointed and frankly wanted our money back, but didn't want to bother an employee who was already at her wits end. Management needs to step up and staff this store adequately, because it is affecting the quality of service and the food. Until now we've been hoping the location would improve, but we will be taking a break from this location for a while pending improvement.

As soon as i walked in I was overwhelmed with the smell of of poop and bleach. I've never ever been in a good establishment that smelled like this. I have social anxiety so after noticing the smell i felt weird walking out and not ordering anything since I was the only person in here and the cashier was already at the register. I bought a smalls smoothie and will be throwing it in the garbage. Please take the extra 5 minutes to drive to Juice it up on Ontario or go to Acai Republic on bedford canyon right around the corner. The food inspectors need to come here this is a health hazard

Today I went to purchase a smoothie at Jamba juice. Right when I walked through the doors, I felt a great feel negative energy coming from the employees. I ordered the Acai super antioxidant smoothie with some small substitutes to replace the soy milk for oat milk, and the raspberry sherbet with bananas. The stuck up boy making my smoothie rolled his eyes when I ordered my smoothie. These crew of kids need to go to a class to learn how to be cordial to the customers. PLEASEEEEE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. NO ONE LIKES TO DEAL WITH KIDS.

Did a mobile order recently I waited & waited for my order to show "ready" it never did so I decided to just go inside & wait. When I entered the place was empty & the workers were standing around laughing & talking. When I stayed I had a mobile order one guy hurried and started to make my drink . Very irritating what's the point of mobile ordering

I have never had any issues with Jamba before this last week. This is the 2nd time within less than a week that I have received the wrong drink (both have been through doordash). I would also like to say that this is not Doordash's fault as you can't really tell what smoothie each customer is getting since the cup isn't labeled and is taped up to avoid spillage. I didn't say anything the first time, but now I'm really disappointed because I'm out both money and a drink because I strongly dislike the drink they keep giving me instead. I like to order the matcha green tea blast and instead I keep getting the gotcha matcha i believe? It's just annoying as i strongly dislike the gotcha matcha and am being given that one because someone isn't realizing that I've ordered a different drink. I'll still go to Jamba, but clearly I'll only be able to go now when I have a morning off and can go inside and make sure I'm not wasting my money on a drink I won't even drink.

Just now - Friday May 26 at 12:15 pm - I had the two "dullest" employees ever. Cashier had me repeat my drink order three times, missed my pretzel order twice, then forgot to put it in the oven. After I got my drink I stood there looking at the two girls for five minutes while they talked about Snapchat or something. When she finally looked up I asked if my pretzel was ready. She had to look at the computer to make sure I had ordered one. Good thing I only come here for a smoothie when my wife is sick.

A bit pricey. Which might explain why no customers were there, either time I dropped in. But the drink was good and the staff were great answering questions about the drinks.
