I placed a to-go order online and the sandwich I received was not even remotely close to the one I ordered. I double checked I didn't make a mistake on the order. I am so disappointed. A sandwich that is almost $15 and I couldn't even eat it. Plus I left a tip and they didn't even try to get it right.

Totally a Sub Above!!!Service here is always awesome.... Staff is friendly & wants to make sure they get your order right.Even ordering on the App is great, because now I can add Bacon or Pepperoni to any sub.I suggest the #99 on Rosemary Parm bread....its the #43 & #56 combined.

Probably the worst run Jersey Mike's I've ever been to!! The employees are rude and if you order online, you are guaranteed to wait well past your pick up time. The place is filthy as well, looks like nobody bothers to clean the sit down area. I went to pick up my food, waited 20 minutes and the cheesesteak sandwich was cold when I got it, so it had been sitting waiting to be bagged for at least 15 min. This place used to be pretty good but it certainly has gone downhill fast!

The service was confused at best but the sandwiches were great. We usually go to ToGos or Subway but we will definite come back here again. We went to the Corona shop on California and Ontario. It's a storefront sandwich shop so not a lot in the way of ambiance. I had the #3 Regular and my husband had the Chipotle Steak.
I have worked in food service from fast food to restaurant service and I understand how busy it can be with online and in person orders. I know what it is like to work on a minimum wage salary but this isn't an excuse for the type of service I had today. There were 8 online orders on the board, you got three guys on the line. One making an in person order and then you got these two guys literally doing one job with two guys. One guy is passing the other guy cheeses and meats to cut while he's just chilling there watching. I was in line waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. Like come on man at least look like you're busy instead of looking at me while you're messing with you coworker and then after 10 minutes taking my order when you could have been doing that 10 minutes ago when you were watching the guy cut the meat you just handed him.

Love it! Great sandwiches snd service, staff always happy and ready to help you. I love the roast beef sandwich so fresh, bread soft and tasty. Lots of choices to put on sandwiches.

Just did order pick up and was so impressed that the sandwich was made perfectly. It seems silly but I feel like the other locations mess my sandwiches up so often so this was a win for me. They actually understood easy mustard and mayo! They did a clean job of assembling. I did not feel jipped by the portions of meat or cheese and they had my order ready with napkins in the bag and everything. It's the little things!
