This was my first time getting acupuncture at this place. I typically get it in OC but was in so much pain, I could not drive. The first day I had the treatment, once done, as I was attempting to get up, when a needle got in my finger. Luckily it did not pierce into my leg. She had forgotten a needle on the bed right next to my hip. She pulled out the needle from my finger and all she said is 'oops'. The next day I came back because she said if pain does no go away, comeback, so I tried to ignore the needle incident. The next day it wasn't any better. The place is a store with little with 2 beds separated by small curtains. No doors. Little privacy. The phone rang as she was placing the needles in me and she ran out to get it. She took two calls and held the cell phone with her shoulder as she continued to put the needles in me. Twice I had to tell her to get off the phone. I would have walked out but I had so many needles on me already, it was not a good idea to move. When she put the needles on my neck it hurt so bad she had to remove them. A week and a half later, I still have a pimple-like-feeling on my skin in my neck. She also had to remove the needles from my hand because I could not tolerate the pain, and as of today, my hand still feels sensitive. It is also very hard when we are unable to comunícate in English. I will try this type of therapy again, just not at this place. I took a better look the next day as I was concerned with the day before. After the second treatment I paid more attention to where the used needles went. It is dirty. The needles are disposed in between the beds on a shelf, just sitting there unprotected. Because I was in so much pain I could not do much, take pics, or anything else. Just paid for the services and left. ;(

I had cupping and massages done by Ann and Lucy, always had a wonderful experience and cant really express my gratitude towards them. I've spend a couple of hundreds dollars on going to my primary care doctor and didn't help me alleviate my condition. So I've given a try to the treatment recommended by Ann and It worked, the best experience and money well spent.

Wow! Don't let the location fool you. Most amazing experience I have encountered with acupuncture. Her shop is nice, comfortable and her knowledge and technique will blow you away. I can't fall asleep in cars, airplanes, anywhere but my bed and I was in the deepest most relaxed state that it's unexplainable. Her prices are amazing and I'm returning in a few days. Blown away. The fist time I came here I did not know she (Ann the Owner) dose acupuncture. Until one of my friend recommended her, i went back to see how knowledgeable she is on TCM treatment. My menstrual period had stoped for 3 month, I went to her for the first time, she needled me and told me to rest when I get home. I got my period back right after I got home. I was so excited and grateful. I went back to her many times after that, realized she has been a very experienced acupuncturist back in China. I'm so happy to know her, with her professional skills and TCM knowledge. I am confident to recommend her to everyone who reads this. She is a precious find.

This is the place to go for all your Chinese medicine needs. This is where I get xiao yao wan, Chinese and American ginseng, tianqi, danshen, licorice root powder, etc etc. There is an acupuncturist on Saturdays.
