The girl helping my husband dropped the f bomb to the customer in front of us and was cussing in front of the customer in front of us. Loud and obnoxious! The store is dirty they don’t clean the windows . My juice did not taste right. Tasted very dilutedI ordered a detoxifier not a good experience at all. Very disappointed!!

I recently visited Juice It Up, and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and had a friendly attitude. Overall, Juice It Up exceptional service made my visit a memorable and enjoyable experience. I left with a delicious and refreshing beverage and a smile on my face. I highly recommend Juice It Up to anyone looking for not only great cool refreshing drink but also top-notch customer service.

I'm a diabetic that needs sugar and they denied me service because they made my bowl wrong and I asked them to remake it. These are Horrible people running this establishment. They're under the influence. I cannot believe the people that they have hired to work. They both have bloodshot red eyes with jittery speech, and can barely stand. I don't know how they are working. Please someone help. I'm on my way to the hospital. My blood sugar is low as I'm collapsing.

No stars for this location. I was not able to remove the one star,, click accidentally. I never do any reviews on yelp, but I had to down load the app, and take my time for the bad experience. SERVICE Is HORRIBLE!!!!!!First, this place is dirty and I notice the they use old bananas dark brown , I'm sure other fruits as well to save money. We had a promotion from Juice it our rewards app, and the cashier scan our promotion and advise that we had to buy another smoothie.The promotion said , ( free smoothie with any other purchase). I was buying a Acai drink (Can) and he said that was not valid. I told him to read the promotion and he said his boss who was in the phone with him ( Elmer Tolentio) owner advise him that we had to buy another smoothie. I told him that we will go to another location instead, we don't want two smoothies. But since he scan our phone, the promotion was not there anymore. It was redeem by him.... We ask to honer the promotion since he scan our promotion and it was no longer available to go somewhere else. He advise that his Maneger Elmer, told him there was nothing they can do , to deal with customer service from juice it up. I never experience a horrible service in any Juice it up, Or other juice places., Definitely never going back.

My smoothie was ok but the girls behind the counter we're chatting when we walked in. One was wrapped in blanket. The trash cans were overflowing. The floor was filthy. It was about 10:30 in morning and no other customers around. Way to dirty for me. Will never go back

I order a large smoothie bowl and this it literally my order. It’s half way full with “the fruits” inside. There were only a few pieces of fruit and half way full and super thin consistency it was like I was drinking water. Very disappointing.

I'm not a person to write bad reviews but I do feel like I need to say my honest opinion about this specific juice it up store. I've been here multiple times and majority of the time I always had an issue with my order where either they misunderstand me and give me something different or the order just isn't done properly. The service is good I'll give them that but a lot of mistakes are often being made at this store. I stopped by today and ordered a protein acai bowl but instead was given a normal acai bowl and it was fine at first, they took it back and gave me the correct order however it wasn't properly blended so it was super thick and it still had chuncks of banana. My boyfriend ordered a smoothie and it also wasn't blended properly. All the fruits were at the bottom of the drink and there was ice chuncks as well. Normally I'd just go on with my day when minor mistakes are made but it's honestly getting pretty annoying especially because it's only this store that has this issue.

I just wasted $10 I asked for a protein açaí bowl and i think the used old bananas wish made the taste horrible, never had that problem before but their customer service is horrible as well, every time I come to this location not even a simple hi or smile to welcome customers and when they talk to you they seem bothered by you just being there! management please send your employees to get a customer service work shop please! as of for me, is the last time i'll be there!

The two young ladies working there were wearing brown lounge outfits with tatas and belly hanging out. No uniform. On their phones. I had to get their attention and ask them to take my order. The oddest part of the whole thing is while they were making my daughter and me our smoothies another young man came in through a closed side door and went straight to the back stock room and took two large jars of (what looked like) honey and left without a word. One of the girls asked the other what that was about. She just simply said I told him he could. What? The whole thing was so sneaky and super weird. Like does he work at another branch? Does the manager know you're giving away their product? I'm sorry. But that is not how you do inventory. These kids want to get paid buko bucks $$$ but have no people skills, can't dress professionally and won't put their phones down. The location on McKinley is better on every level.

This is the closest location to my home so I do frequent it, especially during my work week and almost every time I have been greeted by a shorter black woman, her name could be Hanit G based on my most recent receipt/trip. She is efficient and always very friendly and even while training a newer male employee this day, she remained her usual great, customer service first-self. Which I so appreciate! Another recent visit, it was her and another black woman who appeared to be a manager during a very busy lunch rush, and they both showed me great service, explained the new app process and my order was delicious and correct, like usual. Thank you ladies, I truly appreciate you and I hope your team does too! See you soon.

Don't do it, and we won't either! Came in for our favorite drink just before our long overdue girls spa day. We ordered three of the watermelon madness drinks. Unfortunately, we didn't try the drinks until after we left. Something was off, definitely didn't taste like melon. Then our drink began to separate, the blended portion floating atop the liquid section underneath... not very inviting. I decided to call the store to let them know our drinks weren't good so they could correct it before the next customers. I spoke to Cassandra who was apathetic and couldn't care less that our drinks weren't edible. She suggested we shake up the drinks to mix the layers together! What?!! She did tell me it was the store policy not to replace any drinks after the customers leave. Customers beware, make sure to taste your drinks before leaving. I hope this small business owner knows how poor their customer service is and that as previously loyal customers, we will not be returning.
