It says they close at 11pm. I went at 10:45pm and the workers were hanging around outside in the front just talking to each other. No one took my order through the drive through. Multiple cars were behind me and they did not serve a single one. Would give it a 0 star but doesn't let me.

This location is terrible every time I visit my order is wrong. Tonight I ordered a four piece meal and only received two pieces very disappointing. $17 for a two piece meal outrageous.

The service is ridiculous. There hasn't been a single instance where the order recieved is correct. Anytime we've come here we keep in mind we are absolutely going to have to go back for half our missed order. I haven't come to this location in almost a year because I know their service is terrible. Went back tonight and here they are, right on brand forgetting half the order. To make it worse the employee is asking US what belongs in the combo we ordered...... we don't work there! You tell us what you didn't include!Follow up- we DROVE back for our missed items. The miserable employee STILL forgot items from the order. Waste of time and money.

I recently went to KFC through the drive tru I paid got my food and drove off. Unfortunately they did not return my atm and I totally forgot they still had it. That's my fault, but it's not ok for the coworkers to use my ATM AND EAT ON MY BEHALF. be careful coming to this location.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! corporate office ....please do something about this situation. It's been more than a year that I called to make a complaint and I was told by customer service...I would get a full refund for the old cold food that I bought for my family at the Corona location by the 15freeway. I never received anything. To be honest... I don't care about the refund. I want the great service and great food this place had when it first originally opened. I always came here before, but stopped coming because of the cold food & service.1. Customer service (horrible).2. My orders were always missing a meal.3. Very filthy (dirty).4. They don't open and close on time.5. When making a complaint ( very hard to get a hold of someone and still not professional).I know everything is very expensive now days, but when we...people work hard & don't have time to cook. We expect great customer service a clean restaurant, and fresh warm food to bring home to our families. So I'm begging Corporate to please change this soon.

So I just stopped to pick up coleslaw for dinner side dish and wanted a little snack. Ordered the 5 pice nuggets by itself $3.99. Drove up to pay and within 2 minutes I had my bag.I even told the kid wow that was fast . I checked the bag like I always do and felt the box of nuggets, it wasn't even warm. As I was driving I checked and they were the most miserable nuggets I've seen in my life! They were shriveled and looked like they'd been sitting for quite a while. I mean terrible customer service. 5 little nuggets and they couldn't even make them fresh. So very disappointed. Wil never go back.
Family meal and biscuits were mushed together in the same box of course I didn't know everything was smashed together until I got home went back the employee looked at the food than looked at me and said so just 6 biscuits didn't even bother to say sorry my food got cold from going back and forth and my kids were home hungry. When I contacted corporate they refunded me 18 bucks for a 50 doller meal. I didn't want the money I wasn't asking for anything free but that's the action corporate took to make this right I will never ever step a foot in there again!!!!!

Food is horrible. Chicken is either overcooked or raw. Will stop going here. Prices get higher and quality gets lower. New employees, just as inept. And the new minimum wage is $20/hr.?

Two different crew to take order because they have no idea what a 14 piece combo is, (hint) sign is in the window. Great place to hang out if you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes for your order, which they still got wrong no butter or honey even though I asked them for it about 4 times while placing order. The two large sides have shrunk as well, barely enough for two small portions in each. If it wasn’t for my Dad’s birthday I would have spent $50 elsewhere.
Chicken was losing its coating, and fries were semi hot. But it was fast.
