Great food, I got the 4 oz grilled lemon chicken, with white rice with broccoli. We like coming here and they have a Free body composition machine, that you can use with a purchase.

Great spot to come get your meal preps. My favorite is the Swai fish with white rice and the green sauce. Makes it easy to eat healthy without having to prep the food yourself.

Eh......it's decent if you're really watching macros and trying to eat clean. But it's really overpriced for what you get. I understand some people are willing to pay for the convenience. I thought I was until I realized how everything is upcharged (an extra dollar-fifty to go from 3 ounces of meat to 4??) and more basic than I anticipated. Considering these meals cost $10.99 each (for what would cost me maybe $4 at most to make myself) and the veggies lack any flavor (not even salt and pepper?). I was surprised that the broccoli was literally raw broccoli lol I incorrectly assumed it would at least be steamed. The "veggie medley" is basically reheated frozen bag of peas/carrots/green beans. The online ordering process was okay, not really any complaints there. Pickup was simple. I'll pass on this place when considering price, taste, and portion size of meals.

I went twice to this place, drove all the way out there on my time. They changed the hours when they open and close. The hours says differently on Yelp. When arriving there in person they have a printed paper posted of changed hours. This business needs to change its hours on Yelp to reflect sign posted, so I don't waste my time driving all the way out there and they are closed. Bad customer service advertising.

The employee that helped me obviously didn't know or care about answering any of my questions. The plant based options are on the menu but not actually available at the moment which is disappointing because I called ahead and that was not mentioned. The website makes it seem like so many options but in person not so much. I brought this up but the employees response was simply "yeah" and that was it.

We have tried this service multiple times. At first it was great but then I noticed every time we order broccoli there were tiny worms. Not going to kill us but it was gross so we stopped getting meal prep from there for a while. Just tried lean feast again after some time away and found mold on all of our broccoli. Sad to lose the convenience, but can't bring myself to order from here ever again. Who knows what else I've been getting in my food from here.

Food is delicious and so many choices to choose from. I went for my first time yesterday and then went again the next day to try the breakfast and another meal to take home for dinner. The Tri-tip was my favorite compared to the honey ginger chicken. Also, the workers had great customer service and were very helpful when I told them that it was my first time there.

About $8-$10 per meal and the choices and food quality are amazing and this is coming from a fatty used to junk food. Surprised I haven't walked into this place sooner, honestly it's good

Really great food prep service. Pricing is standard for eating out and the foods taste good and make me feel better making a healthier choice for quick meals. They aren't doing the re-using containers discount during the pandemic but that's not a deal breaker.

I have been coming to this location for 5-6 months. I get 1 week at a time. I have never been disappointed with their service. They are extremely helpful and always so cordial. I read the review form the disappointment customer who had a large order. Not sure what he considered large, but only makes sense to order in advance. It's only common decency. Fortunately only have had to wait behind a large orders of 20 + meals a couple of times. When that happened I thought to myself how inconsiderate the personal was and they should have ordered ahead and allowed time for the order to be prepared. Remember they "custom " make each meal to the clients selection. I will continue to get my weekly meals here for months and years to come . They are awesome !!! Highly recommended!!

Franchise owner of this location has sub par customer service. My first and only visit to this location I went in at about 1030 on a Monday and was the only customer. I tried to place an order for 30 meals. They were going to be simple orders, however the franchise owner seemed like he was annoyed that I came in person to order that amount of meals. He even suggested that I order ahead of time online (hinting the reason being for the store's convenience). He took a while counting out the food containers and had to ask me multiple times what my first few meals were. By the time he got the containers counted, another customer walked in. He then asked me if he could see if that new customer had a shorter order so he could help her first. I was so annoyed but thrown off that he even would ask that at the same time that I told him "sure". He asked the lady how many meals she was going to order, and she responded "10 meals". After hearing her response he decided to go back to me and yet again had to ask me to repeat my order. At that point I told him nevermind and that I no longer wanted to order from there. I proceeded to later go to upland and ordered the same 30 meals with no issues and terrific and quick service. I will continue to go out of my way and spend my weekly $300 for me, my wife, and brother's meals at the upland location for now on. I can't believe that the franchise owner of all people would lack basic customer service skills and exhibit such an annoyed and inconvenienced attitude towards his (at the time) only customer. Don't open a brick and mortar storefront if you don't want to offer in person service. Have you ever ordered something from a drive-thru window, and the worker chose not to make your order and then asks if they could find out what the car behind you in line wants to order so they can serve them first? No, because it doesn't make sense. You had multiple employees there at the time that could have assisted you or the other customers if it would have been such an issue. Besides the fact, I don't see how my order was such an inconvenience. The food is already made and prepped in front of both of us. All you had to do was scoop it into the containers and we both could have gone about our day. I've read other reviews on other sites besides yelp that described similar just mediocre to poor service from an "older man" at this location and I'm confident we are all referring to the male franchise owner.

Made my first order this morning- had no expectations (as my personal trainer recommended this to help monitor my diet) when I went to pick up, it turns out I ordered for the wrong day but they were so accommodating and helpful that they whipped up my meals in minutes!! Super easy, cannot wait to try the food!!
