We ordered two pizzas from here about a month ago and our stuffed crust pretzel with pepperoni and cheese sauce was made incorrectly or maybe given accidentally to another customer because when my husband brought it home it was a stuffed crust pretzel with red sauce, not cheese sauce like we had ordered. I called the store to make them aware and spoke with the manager, Omar. He was very polite and apologized for the mix-up and offered to refund my money or make us another pizza. We opted to just have the remake pizza credited to our account since we like Little Caesars for the occasional pizza run. Today we placed our reorder and got our stuffed crust pretzel pizza with cheese sauce and pepperoni & also ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza. I spoke with Omar again for the reorder. He remembered the prior mishap and gladly took my new order. He also threw in a free 2-liter of soda for the inconvenience. Our pizza looks and tastes great and we're happy customers. Thanks Omar, for making our situation right and giving great customer service with a great attitude. It goes a long way! Thanks again!

Not the best area, but wonderful service and great cheese
It seems that one of the employees of the store at McKinley works now in this location, before they had never made a mistake in my order, but when I called and spoke with the manager, he redid the pizza but at no time did he apologize, now this place is dirty, there are fewer people, very bad customer service, I definitely do not recommend this place

This place Never EVER has a hot and ready pizza available. Told 30 min last time I walked in and the place was empty. The last 3 times I've come here cheese is sparse and only in the middle of the pizza. Crust area is 3xs bigger than it should be and pizza is always burnt and carelessly made. We have literally thrown a majority of the pizza away the last few times we've been in and I've said never again. Basically not edible pizza. Last time I came in to return a pizza another customer was also angry and returning his pizzas . I won't be back here anymore and we used to come in here at least once a week

I ordered online for pick up I go in to pick up and their are angry/upset customers waiting . I go to the pizza portal and my name doesn’t appear, I then ask the young kid at the register for my order he said it wasn’t ready and it’s be an hour. Told him no the app doesn’t relay a message of a delay. Poor kid kept checking in on the girl and guy working in the back and they were all over the place and very disorganized. At this point their are 7 of us waiting. To cut this short half my order was ready and some other people’s entire were ready, it was the kid at the register that we were telling him that mine he was getting us our orders. I will definitely not go back due to lack organization, service, and leadership.The only good thing was my pizza was Hot!!!

I once walked in here to get a Hot & Ready pizza but they didn't have any ready, so they made me wait half an hour while they made orders for other people until the manager came out and saw me waiting and apologetically gave me one of the pizzas they had ready. So then next time I tried ordering ahead. I ordered a pizza at 6:20, didn't get it until 7:40. I think I'm done with Little Caesars.
