Employees trying so hard to get through customers orders but a young gentleman, Sergio I think his name is, made it all worth the wait. Very friendly, caring about getting our order right and smooth. I would go back to that location because the young man made it better. Seen him during his break I believe as we passed by and it looked like he was still helping customers. Finally they have people who care about orders being correct and still having patience with us crazy hungry customers. lol

They're doing construction on the place, so the lobby is closed. It was only after sitting in the drive thru and getting to the speaker that we found out they had no fountain drinks. They offered to substitute juices or tea-for the usual upcharge. Not cool, McDonald's. I got apple juice, but it was a kiddie sized juice box and tasted like watery apple. Bleah!

This McDonald's has a lot of issues and needs corporates attention for training. Drive thru is always a wait, they literally have a line outside just waiting for their orders while they keep taking more. They always forget something and are always giving you someone else's order. 10 plus minutes wait.

Should have read the reviews. Drive-thru is a nightmare. Currently waiting in line to order. Been in line for 20 minutes already. I would leave but I can’t because I’m trapped waiting for our turn. Don’t come here. It’s not worth it.

If you would like to wait 30 min for a meal or have a stoned kid named Jason laugh when he tells you he doesn't know anything about you're order then this is the place for you. Come on by and get the burger you didn't order with a French fry from yesterday upside down in a bag that is a little wet. Still not convinced. You want a Mcflurry? Well come get one that looks like it's been in the sun for 10 min and wasn't mixed. Why my family gives this place multiple chances I don't know. This is not because it's peek hours or short staffed. Something is very wrong with this McDonalds. Owner should just wipe the crew clean and start over.

they don’t switch off on the drive thru lanes so we’ve sat while they let 3+ cars ahead of us on numerous occasions. they always mess up on food aswell, worst mcdonald’s and they also have fruit flies by their soda fountains sometimes.?

I've lived here 26 years and I avoid this MCD's at all costs. The food is always cold. Actually, I try not to eat at any McD's cause I try to eat healthty. But, in a pinch and running late the other morning, I reluctantly went to the drive thru. How simple is this? Can I have a #2 with coffee, 3 creams and 2 sugars inside. 1st clue, he repeated the order but gave me a lower price due at the window. I get to the window, he hands me a half wrapped, cold sandwich, with the cheese unmelted, (no hash brown) and a black coffee. Oh and did I mention he didnt charge me for a #2. I was late but I pulled to the side and went in. The overpaid idiot working the drive thru, asks was something wrong. Yes Einstein, I asked for a #2. he looks in the bag and counts 2 items and said that's what a #2 is. What? I point out the menu board and educate him on what a #2 is. I also pointed out that he charged me the incorrect price (in my favor). Now he looks dumbfounded, cause that involves counting the diff. So he says, could I give you a hashbrown? To save us both time and headache, I took the cold hashbrown and just fixed it all at work. Was pissed enough to contact the customer svc line on the receipt. Got no response. Enough said. They would do well to use robots and computers. save what you're paying these morons who cant count or match pictures.
