My girlfriend and I ordered food online and when we went to go pick it up the store was closed and no one answered the phone even tho they called like 5 minutes before I got there. Definitely one of the worst spots ever

Food is very good that is not the reason for the 1 star review. The reason is the staff, for some reason they look at you like they dont want anyone there but asians. To be fair the last time we went there was before covid so things might have changed now that businesses are struggling a bit more. But im parked outside now and remembering how they made us feel back then. Sometimes we would get there before other people and order before they would and them being asians with larger groups would get their food before we did. Several times it happened. Again, the food there was really good it was just the staff and their service.

Min’s Dumpling House, at 440 N. McKinley St. Suite 103 in Corona, was inspected Aug. 12 and received a failing grade of 73/C with one critical violation. Onion pancake dough had been left in a bowl on the floor and was at an unsafe temperature. Among the 17 other violations, many of which were repeated or chronically repeated from past inspections, there was an “excessive” number of flies landing on equipment (but none were seen on food), there were ants on the floor, a prep cooler was impounded for not keeping cold, raw tilapia had been left unrefrigerated for an hour, an employee didn’t wash hands properly, sauces had been left at room temperature and contaminated with cooked meat, a dirty and deteriorated cutting board made of wood (not an acceptable material) was being stored on top of a trash bin and used for food prep, there was mold and biofilm in the ice machine, and surfaces throughout the restaurant were excessively dirty. This was the restaurant’s third failed inspection in less than a year, so it now faces a permit suspension/revocation hearing.

Went here trying it out for the first time. Sat and wanted for my order heard a guy in the back spitting something out twice. Got back to the hotel ate my food and woke up having to run to the bathroom and everything ended up coming out my mouth. Never again.

Dumpling wrappers to thick. you barely taste the fillings inside. Too pricey. Not satisfied .

DO NOT RECOMMEND! place should be called Min's Nasty! I got the juicy dumplings and the shrimp fried rice and immediately after one bite, was disgusted. Tasted FUNKY like sour. Very bland and expensive for no reason. Thank You! Carry On:)

They used to have pretty decent Chinese food and dim sum items. My mom especially likes their pork belly dish and my husband really enjoyed their beef rollsWe used to either dine in or order take out once a month. But we ordered take out last week for the first time after they reopened after COVID. Everything we had were terrible!Pork belly ~ the flavor was still good but they padded the dish with so much barely cooked cabbage. I thought we received the wrong dish initially. You have to look so hard to find the pork belly. Totally not worth your money.Beef Rolls ~ my husband said there were barely any beef this time, they padded the rolls with lots of cilantro and green onions. The few pieces of beef it did come with were bad quality very chewy, essentially not edible.Orange Chicken ~flavor of the sauce is good according to my daughter. But the portion seemed alot smaller plus all you get are doughs and barely any meat inside. All in all, very disappointed! Like I said we used to love this place, not sure if they changed ownership or what...but its definitely no longer the same.

When you walk into any restaurant, and there's a sign that says "If there is any problem with your order, please talk to us before leaving a bad review. We'll give you a discount." then you know that the restaurant is not interested in improving themselves, but instead stopping their reputation from spreading. We have eaten here multiple times (it's the only place with a decent selection of Dim Sum in the area.) and 90% of everything we've tried is very bad quality. My basic complaint is that EVERYTHING tastes like it's a few days old. We've tried: Sweet & Sour Chicken: Terrible. The batter on the chicken was basically raw and flavorless, looked undercooked (basically white, not golden) the sauce was just sugar syrup, not sweet and sour sauce. BBQ Pork Buns: Bad. Obviously frozen and old. Fried Pork Dumplings (Potstickers): Terrible (THE SKIN IS SO THICK AND CHEWY LIKE BUBBLE GUM) Stirfried Beef Noodles (Chow fun): Bad. I cannot describe how bad it was. On the bland side and tasted very old. Not prepared to a standard recipe: Full of cheap vegetables and one piece of veg was ice cold like it just came from the freezer. Pork Belly& Tofu Skin: Bad - There was literally no pork belly included. If we had been dining in, I would have complained but we got all the way home before we opened anything. So cheap. They charge $2 extra for this dish for the pork. It better have significant pork in it. Chicken Fried Rice: Good. Basic fried rice. Beef Satay Fried Rice: OK. I found it bad, spouse said it was fine. It was a weird chewy and powdery texture, like it was not fully cooked or something. I wouldn't mind the expensive prices if the food was good and worth it. I'm sorry, paying $50 for take out for 2 people, pickup and for regularly bad food is just not acceptable, and since they are aware (the sign) that they serve bad food, there's no excuse for it.

Ordered the juicy pork dumplings and they were literally dryer than a saltine cracker. Disappointing experience.

Good, but not amazing. Disappointed in the sweet & sour chicken and pork buns, but the dumplings and fried rice are good. We'll try again soon.

Today I ordered: Shrimp fried rice- the serving of rice was huge. Plated in a large styrofoam container there were literally about 8 med shrimp, definitely over priced and the taste was extremely mediocre Kong Pao Shrimp - again definitely over priced for the portion and quality, the flavor basic Chicken Fried Noodles - the noodles were over cooked and the presentation was horrible. Again the meat to noodle and vegetable ration was off. Over priced Onion Pancake - definitely recooked Thai Tea - on point This place is a definite never again for me

Sweet and sour chicken barely had any flavor. Asked for fried dumplings, they were barely fried. More like steamed. And tasted like something was wrong with the meat, like it was going bad or something. Very disappointed.

So my colleagues at work that live in Corona rave about this place all the time. One random Friday I decided that I was going to pick up some food for my girlfriend and I to try. I ordered: pork juicy dumplings (2) shanghai rice cake dish with pork (1) vegetable dumplings (1) chicken dumplings (1) combination fried rice (1) Needless to say.. it was a lot of food, LOL. I got a bit excited and carried away. The food was DELICIOUS. Their chili oil with the soy sauce vinegar sauce together was amazing. Everything was AMAZING. Really glad I gave this place a try. It's nestled in a plaza and is to the left of 99 Ranch market. I want to try their other dishes next time. Great food, great quality and friendly service.
