Came in on a Saturday morning (9am). The female who took my order was very rude as if she hated her job. I come in regulary. She didn't smile or introduce herself, just mumbled "what do you want".. I ordered a Protein shake which usually takes a good 2-3 minutes to make. I heard the blender go on for 4 seconds. My protein shake was made in 30-40 seconds from the time I paid to when it was completed in my hand. My drinks was soupy and no texture. This female employee this morning clearly should change her attitude or needs customer social skills. I even tipped the highest percentage on the credit card pad..her attitude stinks. Shouldn't represent Nektar. I know people have bad days, but it's every time I go into this store.

This place makes me wonder if it is actually apart of the Nekter franchise. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming, and hard-working, however, everything I have tried from this location has always been off tasting or just bad. Smoothies and açaí bowls vary in taste, texture, and sweetness. The smoothie bases just taste icy and bland. The juice does not taste as fresh as others I’ve had. Other locations towards Rancho are so much better.

Review for the hard worker, Alexis! Every time I come here after my gym in the morning around 8-9am, she's always there and she does an amazing job on getting the order taste so great! I always order the Greenie with green apple and Health Nut with almond, and every time is so good! If you have her, you're in luck. My friend and I always love her whenever we're there! Amazing, thank you!
