I love, love, love their food!! We've catered from here a few times now and everyone loves their food. I recently bought food for our Christmas Eve party and got to sample the jackfruit curry and it was amazing!! Their chicken tikka masala is good, palak sabzi, naan, everything. Plus it's a grocery store as well. They have a seating area if you wanted to dine in also. Highly recommend New Spice World!

Whoever closed the shop this evening was being very rude to my husband. My husband is very proper and uses his manners. I can hear over the phone the gentleman was being rude. I wanted some spice the worker gives it to the customer prior to my husband and when my husband asks for me apparently they ran out and didn’t have any jars to sell. From what I can hear over the phone. The comment the man made was if I had any to sell I would have it out which is not great customer service. He could had just said they ran out. The food is good and normally great customer service but whoever closed tonight really needs to get talked to because his is going to loose your store business. I go to this spot a lot and send a lot of business to this store. There’s no reason for the man to be acting the way he was as this is his job. Were the customers and were weren’t being rude so he didn’t have to be either. He refused to give us Nan with our combos and made my husband buy the bag to make us want it up at home. This was ridiculous and uncalled for. There was even customers after my husband and gave the customer in front of him everything he asked for.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for many May years. Food is great. Today I got so disappointed I ordered a 2 item meal. I asked the lady to put one of items on a separate container because I didn't want them to get mixed. Other servers have done that for me. She was so rude and told me they don't do that I have to buy the second item separately which cost extra. The way she said was more upsetting. Almost all the restaurants I've been to honor that request. The place is very noisy. While I was waiting next to the pay machine to pay the same lady just left me there and started talking to 2 customers who just came in without saying a word to me. They started to walk towards the grocery section. Then she summoned me to come to other side to the second machine where she went to talk to them there was a second cash machine there. I thought that was rude.

The two plate combo had very little meat within each option. The goat was $2.99 extra and we only received one very fatty piece. You're primarily paying for the curry, not protein here. I think you get better value at Mantra.

I came here for some indian food and groceries and they have super good food. I had the chicken tika massla with 2 garlic naan and plain dosea. Staff is so nice you have to come here

Came in at 10.40am for lunch, yelp and restaurant say they are open at 10am. Doesn't look like any food is ready. Saw 3 lady cooking at the back, restaurant looks like a panda express style. I asked if they are open, they made some gesture that seems to say yes but no one at the front or any food ready whatsoever. so I just left hungry
