We are still in the C19 pandemic and they had tables under a tent out front and part of the parking lot. I then noticed people were eating inside so we decided to eat indoors instead. We ordered an omelette, hash browns, toast, and pancakes. The food was perfect and so delicious you could taste the freshness and those pancakes are a 10. The interior is beat up and that carpet has seen better days but if you overlook that you'll have a delicious meal.

Talk about hole in the wall yes! But the good kind you want to find. I am a big foodie and a traveler all around so I make sure when in a new town or city to find a local place that's not a chain and give it a go, well in Corona the silver dollar pancake is definitely one of these ?? I sat at my table for over an hour enjoyed my delicious breakfast and I have to say the banana pancakes are increible and my eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection and at no point did I feel rush by anyone for me to leave waitress and hostess were both so friendly if ever in Corona again I for sure would have breakfast or dinner here ??

Been here a few times and let me tell u SPOT ON AND ROCKS!!! No matter how busy it gets THE SERVICE, FOOD AND QUALITY AND QUANTITY is SOME OF THE BEST around!!! A local eatery for breakfast and lunch a cozy atmosphere, friendly and professinalism and just sweet staff keep this place going. Love the location also just Rocks to. Their food is always fresh and cooked extremely well. The Customer service is OUTSTANDING every time we been there. The portions they give u is worth the money. We made a mistake by trying Broken Yolk WILL never make that same mistake again. Silver Dollar is the BEST BY FAR!!!

After a very early morning flight to California, we were ready for good coffee and a good breakfast. As we drove into east Corona, CA, a internet search popped the Silver Dollar Pancake House to the top of the list. And we found both good coffee and fluffy, freshly griddledpancakes/ The pancakes were so delicious that none of us could resist eating more than we should! The eggs, bacon and corned beef hash that we ordered along with them were also very good. The servers were friendly and kept the coffee coming! This restaurant first opened in 1922 and has had only a few family owners since then. We'll be back again for pancakes on our next visit to Corona.

My son took me for breakfast, not my typical place from the outside but was thoroughly surprised once i went in, the place is always packed, once seated the service is quick , i ordered the dutch pancakes and i licked the plate clean.

Weekdays open at 5 AM and close at 4 PM. We have lived in Corona 43 years and the Silver Dollar Pancake House remains to be an icon. Why? It's not because it looks inviting from the outside or even on the inside. It's a hometown diner that serves basic good food, large servings and the Locals love it. I have only eaten here 3 times in 43 years mostly because I am vegetarian. Today my $5.00 lunch consisted of a scrambled egg with two buttermilk pancakes. Their pancakes are yummy no matter which kind you order. Service was good and friendly.

I had heard that the pancakes here were amazing. They are beyond amazing! The restaurant is packed, we had to wait 15 minutes to get a table. The food was fabulous, and I cannot wait to go back and try more of their breakfast treats!

It is in the older part of Corona. It is a stand alone building. Lots of parking. Very busy, so plan on waiting or sit at the counter. It is loud. Our waitress was friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast. They have a couple items for Seniors. The biscuits and gravey was a substitute for toast. The biscuits and gravey was really good. The hash browns were very good also. I would go back. Very 'local' place.

I've been here twice and we always sit at the counter. The place is always full and loud. I always order the pancakes with scrambled eggs. The food is good for the price but I'm sorry to say the cooks don't inspire my confidence so I won't be coming back.
