Food and service was amazing so I decided to check in and leave a review. After I did, it gave me a 1st time check in 10% off which I tried to use and they said they do t accept the discount. Can't they just remove that option from their Yelp contract so not to upset customers?

Only selecting ONE star so that I can leave a review. Horrible food, there was hair in our plate of veggies, the older lady that was carrying my bowl of soup was coughing all the way to our table. Sets the bowl down, it had bubbly broth. So gross! She didn't have a mask on. She brings out the rest of the order while also coughing right on our plates. We got so grossed out that I didn't even eat my food. Two of the soup bowls weren't even hot and just warm broth. Our egg roll order had two tiny pieces of lettuce for all of us to share and wrap our egg rolls with. $73 bucks down the trash and to top it off, there was bugs in our rice! Do better! People are paying for a meal and good service!!!! During these inflation times, be thankful that people are visiting your restaurant!!! Safe to say we won't be returning!

The special PHO noodle soup, Phở Đặc Biệt was not authentically cooked. The broth especially was sour & poorly done, more noodle than other contents such as beefs & tendons. It must have been done by a new cook because we came here a few times over 10 years. It was good at those times. We can cook way better at home than buy this special bowl of pho at this restaurant! A waste of money.

I want to give them a zero star! The price has gone up by $5 from last year. That's unbelievable.The son of this restaurant serves food, but he is unfriendly. He brings the food without saying anything and has a bossy and bad attitude.When I asked him to add a bit more drink, not a lot, he charged me more. Other Vietnamese restaurants I go to, they add more drink for free. What a stingy son he is. He definitely doesn't appreciate customers and doesn't know how to run a restaurant business.

Absolutely terrible. My family and I waited and ordered at this place in a good mood, and it started to go downhill when it took over twenty minutes just to get our orders of pho. We were still waiting for our vermicelli for another ten minutes as we watched everyone else get their orders ahead of us, although they arrived much later than we did. The waiter, on top of that, gave us a poor and unbelievable excuse for the delay and gave my father attitude, when we simply asked in politeness. To add, the food was average and was of less quality than the first time we had visited this place. I, nor my family, will ever return back to this place because I would rather spend my hard earned money on a place that gives us service and food that is worthy of it. Plus, the decorations were outdated. I would recommend that you visit somewhere else for a craving of pho.

VN Dish is way better, it's 1 mile away. The broth at Pho Anam is just not very flavorful.

First time here and let me tell you. The food here was amazing! i got the beef pho #5 and a side of egg rolls. Really hit the spot on a nice rainy day. will be coming back for sure!
