The thai tea boba was pretty decent but the popcorn chicken was super hot on the outside but raw on the inside. Went to tell the staff that it was raw and would like a refund, but she said they can't do a refund. I asked if we could exchange it for another drink but she said no. They could have at least tried to make it right, that was $8 straight to the trash. This was ridiculous.

I got a Thai tea boba drink which was decent. My big mistake was not reading the reviews beforehand and getting the popcorn chicken. I ordered it spicy and it came out with barely any sauce. On top of that they were not fully cooked! When I went to ask for a refund for the uncooked chicken the young lady with glasses said their system didn't allow them to do refunds, and since we had already taken the food she couldn't give us a refund. Definitely not coming back, save your money and go somewhere else!

Easily the worst boba I’ve ever had. I ordered the brown sugar boba… I got milk with ice and boba. Also. Smells like fabuloso. I know a lot of people love that smell but it makes me want to gag. Service gets one star bc I asked a question about the stormy drinks and the cashier looked at me with a completely blank stare and whispered at me so softly I was worried he’d cry if I asked anymore questions. I rarely have buyers remorse but I definitely miss my $7 cuz iced milk w/ boba I can make at home.

I've given this place so many tries because a couple of the other boba tea places nearby have closed down. The popcorn chicken ends up burnt on the outside and still raw on the inside, which means they had the heat too high. The drinks I've tried have always tasted off. And most recently I asked for no ice, since it's winter and cold, so they only gave me 2/3rds of a drink. Save your money for somewhere that knows how to make drinks and food right.

I ordered a piña colada slush but I always add cheese foam. The lady taking my order asked me if I wanted cheese foam around the cup or on top, I asked if I could have both, she flat out told me no. Like how are you gonna say I can't have foam on top of my drink ? Regardless of cost, I personally love the taste of the cheese foam & I love extra, why can't I have both I'm paying a customer ?!? Not to mention, the music is obnoxiously loud, can't even order comfortably.

Visited this boba spot with my sister few days ago and I was not disappointed. I got the Strawberry Stormy and I liked it very much, I also ordered the chicken which was very tasty. On the other hand, my sister did get the Mango Stormy and my boyfriend got the Honeydew both did not enjoy their drinks, they both said there was a taste that threw the drink off. Other than that the vibe and customer service was amazing, super chill spot!

I'd been wanting to try R&B Tea for a while and it didn't disappoint. The boba itself was a decent texture and I liked their tea! It wasn't too watery and I could actually taste the quality of the tea. Didn't taste like it was a powder like some other places. Would go back again.
Liked both my drinks though they were a little on the sweeter side than I'm used to at other locations. But I appreciate that they have food here, fried fish balls with roe filling are super good anywhere but I love that theirs are a little smaller than normal ones so they were easier to eatLooks like a nice nighttime environment, lots of people came in shortly before closing and there were big parties sat around hanging out which they have a lot of tables forSuper cute interior and nice employees
