This place has really fallen off. Came at 6pm on a Friday and got old stale fries and paid for extra sauce to only get the ketchup I told them I didn't want in the bag. This isn't the first experience like this. For the money we pay for a simple chicken strip order you should be able to do better than this. Won't be coming back.

I ordered 4 Combos last night ( drive through ) at 8 pm the fries for all 4 Combos were RAW ? very disappointed & No I didn't want to drive all the way back so instead I'm given 1 star only. I paid full pirce for my kids & my meal of course as is right I expect everything to be fully cooked I mean who wouldn't? ? Disappointed to the MAX.

Atmosphere is kinda sliding off in some areas based on demographic.. I wouldn't always recommend some dine in establishments as clean or safe feeling, but I'm also not going there for my feelings?... so... chicken! Yes, chicken! Pretty damn good comparatively. I mostly hit this place when I want lots of savory and delicious meat, and nothing else. Well, almost nothing.. I also love their sauce, but I hate that they are so cheap and charge for it. It bothers me as a consumer because it detracts from my overall perception of value, and leads me to assume that the people running the show are a@#holes... stop charging for sauce you bunch of diks!!!!!

So it was a Friday night around 8 and I decided to go to Canes with my daughter to get her a happy meal, so I got a bunch of food and my daughter's happy meal but once home. When I went to give everyone their meal at the table I noticed that I was missing one and I look up and it was my daughter's kids meal. It broke my heart to see no kids meal. I went back furious about the disrespect that my daughter got. But then Braxton went infinity and beyond with giving me a free meal for them not giving me a kids meal. Braxton made my night and my daughters. Thank you Braxton!

We came out in support of a school fundraiser. Staff were all very nice and accommodating. Food was fresh and hot hot hot (I might be the only person on the planet who doesn't like the sauce) Dan covered the register and also cleaned tables and floors when there was a lull. Manager, John, was busting his booty back there too. Love seeing all hands on deck! Thanks for your support!!
First off the girl who took my order was rude and was rushing me when nobody else was in line in the drive thru. I get home and my order is wrong also but it's right on the receipt. Like how is it right on my receipt but you still manage to mess up my order I don't get it. Lastly I didn't get sauce for my chicken like really flat out horrible

My girls' favorite place, I love it. The only thing I don't like is that if you ask for extra ranch, they charge you for it. That would be the only bad thing.

Seems like the size of the chicken fingers has changed. Used to be 3 fingers stuffed into the box, now they're smaller and fit without issue.
