Well let's see..how do I explain Incompetence I know one word Rally's!! The location in Corona is terrible never have I had to wait more than 5 min to be told they are out of what I asked. They also are open at random times!? So what's the deal with coupons for dollar fries, its on the window does not say you need a coupon anywhere! Then if that's not good enough it took them another 5 min maybe longer to give me back my refund. It's not rocket science She said it was $2.58 I gave them 3 dollars so do the math. Anyways don't waste your time coming to this location not worth the aggravation.

This location seems to be getting only more disappointing. Besides the times they randomly don't want to be open, they changed their rules suddenly on needing a coupon which we never needed before with the $1 fries. It took over five minutes for the girl to come back and tell us the slushie wasn't working then took another 5 minutes to get us our refund.

I don’t know who serviced me to night because I was busy but he sounded so sad! The line was really long and it seemed like it was just him or one other person! Regardless I had great service tonight! He went above and beyond for us and y’all need to give them workers a raise or bonus or something!! 10/10 food was fresh and tasty!

05/27/21 @ 1pm. 0 stars if possible. I Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru only to back out and leave. There was only 1 car in front of me at the speaker and she waited about 10 minutes at the speaker. I waited 5 minutes in silence then began saying "hello? Hellllooo?" A couple of times with no response. After waiting another 10 minutes and looking them up on Yelp seeing they have 2 stars and horrible reviews, I backed out and left. I was on lunch and had to return to work wasted my whole lunch sitting there for nothing. Pretty sure the lady in front of me just drove thru and left too since she drove off fast and angry. They were open, nothing to indicate otherwise. Don't understand why they were just ignoring the drive thru.

NO stars and let me tell you why !! The meat was NOT cooked it was pink asf in every burger i ordered that dont make no sense and my slushie was watered down , fries were salty asf . mozzarella sticks were good tho.

Didn't know about this location until recently and remember going to Rally's in Buena Park since I was a kid. Something about their french fries make the burgers and chicken sandwhiches taste one of a kind !

Horiable customer service, poor additude, and failure to comprehend easy task always get my order wrong and no respect. They blatantly say negative remarks about the customers in their presence and is very unprofessional. Will never be going back
Isiah was awesome. So helpful and friendly. It was my first time in a while and he really explained the menu well.The funnel cake fries was delicious. I wish they had the funnel cake like before.

I'm not from around here but I stoped in today, 4/20/21, at 6:02 PM and the drive thru employee said they weren't taking orders at this time. I have never had that happen to me at any fast food location.. so yeah.. not sure.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Came with the family to order food and after we told our order the cashier said that the system went down. Maybe the owner should hire people that want to work.
