I ordered the fish taco especial and was not disappointed. It was a hearty taco and the fish was pleasantly crispy. In addition, I ordered the chips (something I've never done before). I was in love. They were light and crunchy and just the right amount of salt. Also, the fish in the fish taco was light and cruchy, too. So happy with everything that day.

I had such a wonderful experience at Rubio's taco place! I initially ordered two single tacos, but to my surprise, they made it a plate for me instead. I know it sounds so simple but this has never happened to me before. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and were incredibly kind and friendly throughout my visit. The tacos themselves were tasty, but what really stood out to me here was the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The staff took the time to ensure that I was happy with my order and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great dining experience. I truly appreciate the extra effort they put into making my meal special. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing top-notch service. I'll definitely be returning to Rubio's taco place in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service.

The food was good, both dishes were very flavorful with nice portions. The customer service was on point. Friendly and professional. My only gripe with this place is the level of cleanliness in their dining area. The salsa station specifically.I understand things get busy, but two different employees walked right by it, looked at it, and did nothing. One was even wiping down tables.Not a huge deal but it's not very pleasant and it's a simple fix.

I come to Rubio's maybe once every couple of months. I used to really like this place, both the food and the staff. It's really gone downhill. I remember the manager was very friendly and would go over the take out order to make sure it was right. He actually opened every tray and displayed the quality too--I loved that. He was very friendly and always asking if there was anything else I needed. At that time the food also didn't disappoint. I picked up my app to go order Friday and I can tell they are so short staffed and running around trying to get to orders and the line of like three people I could tell have been there a few minutes already. They handed my food quickly and moved on. I wouldn't say unfriendly but not like it used to be. Once I got home the food was disappointing too. The fish tacos hardly had any cabbage, no dressing, cold, skimpy. My shrimp bowl was salty and I don't mind a little salty but this was just too much. I think there were maybe 4 tiny shrimp in there. Overall I've seen the decline in this place from the staff to the food. I don't think I'll be returning. It's not like this place is cheap so I do expect better interactions and better food.

Had the fish taco and California chicken burrito and chips with guacamole all the food was great. Service was also great. Ambiance was nice eating area and bathroom were clean. The only minor negative was everything was $27 which I think is on the pricey side.

I love eating Rubios I go often because I live down the street but I am very disappointed in the portions lately :( I get the lobster bowl and they skimp on all of the ingredients and there’s barley any lobster in it. The service is friendly but with the portion cuts Im always still hungry after eating there

I ordered online through the rubios app and asked for salsa with my order. All of the salsa was EXPIRED and PUFFED up, when I opened them they would burst out air. This is not okay at all, I'm very disappointed they don't check their salsas more regularly it's disgusting!!

The food is pretty good but the portions are TINY! I eat small portions but man.. the $15 shrimp salad left me still hungry. Please increase portions for the price we pay for the food. Thank you

I came here for a quick bite because I remembered loving their original fish tacos when I was younger. I was craving fish tacos, so decided to stop by. Here is what I ordered: Original Fish Taco Plate: The fish was TINY! The whole "fish" was actually just batter... This was super disappointing and I ended up throwing away half the plate. The beans were decent and the citrus rice was plain. I was super upset about this experience. I was really looking forward to their high quality products, but did not receive that. I am not sure if it was this location or the time that I came, but I will not be returning. The plate came out to be $11.41 after tax. I would rather go to Chipotle across the street or opt out to try any of the other places around. No pictures this time as nothing looked worthy!
