We have tried going to at least 5-6 times and they are always closed. The one time they were open we called to order for pick up they said they ran out of food and they were closing early.. this place is a JOKE

This place isn't going to make it. Closing early or not opening at all because you have no employees??? Sounds like you have some horrible managers manking executive decisions. If you people would hire a decent team and have regular restaurant hours then maybe you would be able to survive at this location.

It's a new spot here in corona so not a lot of people know about it. That's a shame because the food here is definitely worth trying! The tacos were really fresh and portioned great. The flavours were there and the spices blended really well together. They were just a touch too salty but not to the point where it overpowered the seasonings. The staff were very welcoming. Please come out and support this business! Would really like to see this place blossom!

The staff were friendly. We used to go to the one in Riverside and thought we'd check this place out while in Corona. Fish tacos was good, batter was a bit salty. We also ordered shrimp burrito and there was about 3 shrimps in it and towards the end, I ate fish inside the burrito, not cool that they fill a $9.99 shrimp burrito with half shrimp and half fish.

Service was friendly and the fish tacos were awesome. The three fish taco special is the best. Came with a grilled fresh yellow chili pepper on the side, which I love. Glad to see Senor Baja here in Corona. I recommend you ask for the red salsa to put on your fish tacos. You won't see a salsa bar because of COVID so just ask. Get one for each Taco
The food is good but it's ridiculous how nobody is in front of the house and you gotta make noices to get someone's attention cuz they are just talking in the kitchen

Had it again and it was still as delicious! Tried the Torta de Asada, fried fish taco, shrimp taco and chipotle taco. The Torta was so good as well. The fried fish taco is a must when coming hear. I will be getting the Torta again as well. The phone number keeps disappearing off the page and you must call and order ahead or be prepared to wait 25 minutes + for your food. My family and i love love love tacos. So thought we'd give this a try. But before I make a review for the particular spot. I love Senor Baja. Never once complained about the taste of the food even tho I've been to several different locations. But this. This place. Damn me. Super salty or no flavor at all. Spend $60 plus and didn't like anything we ordered. Probably the worse Mexican rice we've ever had. It was not edible, it's like pouring salt directly in your mouth. The fish tacos were also super salty as well. Ordered 4, forced myself to eat the second but the the last 2 we had to throw away. My kids only ate 2 out of carne and chicken tacos. My kids said the meat had no taste, they had to sprinkle salt and pepper (since they don't eat salsa) My husband had the fish ceviche, he says all he can taste was the lime he added. It didn't even come close to tasting anything ceviche. Definitely super disappointed since it's so close to home. Been waiting for it to open but I guess I'll be driving far for the real taste of Senor Baja.
