My sister and I went to this Starbucks and had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time, especially with the holidays going on. Adam was especially helpful with our drinks/food. He even went out of his way to remake our drinks when we asked of oat milk despite the rush going on. He was knowledgeable,kind, and understanding. My sister and I will DEFINITELY be coming again ☕️

Out of all the Starbucks in the area this is probably the worst. Could be because it’s pretty busy. I always order ahead on the app and even if I get there 5-10 min. after the estimated time it’s supposed to be ready, I have to wait. Sometimes they haven’t even started the drink, even if I go in the evening when it’s not busy. Food is never ready with the drinks either.And aside from the slow service, the drinks are never made well. And I don’t order any custom drinks either, I’m saying even the regular, basic drinks are not made well.I’ve had better luck at the Bedford canyon location.

On one of the very last days of the spooky season! I really wanted to get a cool Halloween drink from Starbucks. Not one of the boring pumpkin whatever drinks. But one of the Halloween slasher drinks. I had tried a couple times this season, and was unsuccessful every time to achieve the spooky look I was going for lol it's okay tho- that's part of the fun! They don't have strawberry purée to top this off! Otherwise it tasted good which is the most important part lol

My girlfriend came to this Starbucks location and when they called her name for her order, 4 employees were rude and they were making fun of her name and laughing because of her name. Thats really messed up and rude to be acting in that rude behavior especially when its coming from multiple employees
