Yesterday my family went to get some drinks from there, the lady from there was super rude with all of them. She a racist because she didn’t do the same with white customers, obviously she is white also.My family only speaks Spanish and she doesn’t tried to help them. she threw the straws at them also !!What kind of people Starbucks have as a staff

I’ve never seen a Starbucks in store with 5 workers so slowwwww. They should take online orders and they wouldn’t have 10 people waiting and it will only get worse in the cold months

Starbucks is inside the grocery store, making it easy to make a purchase & stiLL go grocery shopping! ? i have a Starbucks card, aLways keep a decent amount of money to make a purchase.They are aLways nice, poLite, friendLy, patient and very respectfuL.i was waited on by CoLLin. He was a great guy & he's on top of his game! So i got him a drink aLso. i haven't had a nice taLLVenti CarmeL Frappuccino in awhiLe.Had him put a few shots of espresso in it to give it a LittLe boost. Remember i said it & not me<--]Otherwise i wouLd have tried another shot or 2! But once it goes down the hatch, you may have to caLL ? 911 & have the medicssLow your ❤️ ? rate down ?Anyhow, the food is "fresh" and the drinks are ? ? ? good & the service is great ? ? ? i give this Starbucks & the ALBERTSONS store an overaLL 5 ☆☆☆☆☆Oh by the way the this store is very cLean and safe. The employees are rude, unfriendly, slow, have zero sense of customer service and the coffee drinks are by far the worst out of any of the Starbucks in Corona... Help me understand why it takes 30 mins with two people working to get three people coffee.. I only go to this location out of desperation. I live around the corner from this one and opt to drive to almost any other one where the coffee is better, attitudes are better, experience is better.

It takes a lot for me to write a review and take it further, but the manager at Starbucks Albertsons on Foothill is rude, disrespectful and belittling. Last week I ordered my drink, the same way u always do (I'm a regular and have been coming here for 17 yrs that I've lived here) and put my drink in my cart while Ana was filling up 2 waters for my daughter and I. As I stood there waiting, Marion asked Ana why did she make my drink that way. I guess Ana poured my drink from the box insteading of adding water. I get my drinks with no water and I didn't see her pour it. Rather then just explain to Ana what she needs to do next time, she came at me and said " I don't know what you are telling my employees to make your drinks this way but don't do it". She was extremely rude, her tone was unacceptable and she is lucky I did not go off on her as other customers were there. Then after my hand was on my drink and the lid in my cart, she proceeded to ask for my drink back bring back, make it her way, and then pour my original drink into the container and mix it up for others. I'm sorry, but once a customer touches a drink you don't ask for it back due to covid rules. Then what upset me even more, is that customers were in line waiting to order and she continued continued to talk poorly to Ana. I stayed in the produce area so I could watch what she was doing and several times she was chewing Anna out and telling her that she was wrong with Ana saying nothing. If you are not Marian's friend, she has always been rude uninviting not pleasurable to talk to and not customer service friendly. I have seen her belittle all of her employees. There are other things that she has done, but this one was the icing on the cake for me. I have spoken to 2 managers there and the general manager as I feel this is something that needs to be addressed. I am tired of seeing her be little Ana, Anthony, Christine, and anyone else that works there. For me, I will not go to Starbucks again while she is there. I truly hope management takes the seriously I speak to her as she should never treat her employees the way she does nor customers.

I've been coming to this Starbucks for 11 years and for the most part there has been a hand full of good barista during this time. But they all leave and and left to be served by rude and unprofessional baristas that have attitudes that will have a long conversation with a friend (even with the line backed up) than making it their priority to service the customers waiting to order or to get their order made. And it's a hit a miss if my drink is made right. It's also frustrating when the Manager behind the counter tends to not help out when their is a line. She won't even acknowledge you (unless you are her personal friend) or apologize for the wait. Most of them looks as though they hate working there so it's a breath of fresh air and a savings grace that Anthony is a barista there. He is an amazing barista. He's kind, he works fast and makes my drink right every time!! He gets to know his customers and he remembers you. Anthony has the ability (and is consistent) to acknowledge his customers, take and complete your order swiftly and all with a genuine smile. Anthony should be promoted to the Manager!!!!

I asked for extra caramel drizzle in my caramel frappuccino and was charged extra. This is my first time paying extra for caramel drizzle. Not going back.

Have been a long time, loyal Starbucks customer and have visited stores all around the globe. Service has been hit & miss depending on which store and barista you get. Tonight my wife and I were blown away with the service we received from Anthony at Starbucks inside Albertsons. His great personality and ability to connect with us and other customers was seamless and welcoming. This gentlemen should be training & leading other Starbuck employees on how to treat customers and suggestively sell along with providing a pleasant Starbucks experience. In my opinion, Anthony would make an excellent general manager or district manager to share his method of servicing customers. Keep it up Anthony!

One of my go-to Starbuck's when me and my fiancé are shopping in the Albertsons. I would come here and order my afternoon pick me up when he grabs our groceries for the week. The parking is decent because it's inside an Albertsons, so finding parking shouldn't be a problem. The downside about this Starbuck's is on a good day you will get a friendly person taking your order. On a bad day, you will get someone who makes you feel like they don't wanna work there. I've also had times were my order wasn't taken right. I asked them to heat up my food, and sometimes the person forgets. They should be the ones asking, also. It's a hit and miss with this Starbucks. I only come here cause it's the closes to my home, and come here when we need to get our groceries from Albertsons. Otherwise, I would rather go to another Starbucks.
