You’re going to subway for a healthy way of eating and not expecting too walk up and walk through the employees cigarette smoke trying too get in. Literally both employees were standing in front of the door smoking. I get it, you’re a smoker, but take it around the building like most ppl do. Walked in and acted like I forgot my card and left!

door locked at 8:30 when they posted hours s how they are open till 9pm. Why have posted hours of you close earlier.

the food is good but like i see in the other reviews. the last few times ive been here they will be in the middle of making my sandwich, then they will go start doing dishes or something or answer phones and not even change their gloves. the food is usually good but i wont be going back to this location becuase of that. its just happened too many times in a row. really not okay in the food industry to be so unsanitary

I went in to purchase a soda. The employee was an adult male. He was arranging bread on a tray. He was courteous and prompt. However, he never removed his gloves when ringing me out. I waited to see if he would change his gloves before he touched the food again. HE NEVER CHANGED HIS GLOVES. He immediately went back to arranging bread on the trays.

Messy spot but - I appreciated Latrice for her help. We wanted to get a 2 for one offer from phone order. She helped us... even though the offer didn't work.I still loved my tuna foot long!

It was my first time at this location and never going back again. Very disappointed with the service and the way employee treated. The old lady is very rude. I ordered one veggie wrap. She was trying to held back all veggies and didn't even put sufficient cheese. I have to keep ask her little bit more veggies and sauces. She said my boss is Indian and he does not want her to add anything more. Never going back to this location. Worst experience.

Poor service, held back the veg. Skimpy all bread. Flavor was different. I feel cheated, I will never buy another sandwich there again and will be sure to tell all my friends. I should have read the reviews befor going. I gave 1 star because you can't give less, if I could they would get a minus 5. Take my advice stay away. Maybe this will get someone's attention.

Just go to a different Subway. I waited 25 minutes for my pick up order only to be hung up on when I called. The owner does not staff properly and the sandwiches are made super sloppy. I've given them a couple chances but I feel like I'm pretty much done with them.

good sandwich HOWEVER, I feel so bad for the lady who works there alone with the LOOOONG line. She does EVERYTHING (taking order, make sandwich, cashier, cleaner, maintenance...) I placed my order on the app, and it wasn't available when the app told me that it was ready. She didn't even start to make my order because there are so many people order in store. I saw her anxious look when she looked at 5-6 people waiting in line for their order and there was only her working. She had to keep apologizing for only one staff at work today. She forgot my double protein order, but I kindly let her know. I got my order 20 mins after my pickup time. She is a nice lady. I hope the owner hire one more staff!!

Whoever runs or owns this Subway needs to quit being so cheap and irresponsible. Stop having all of your employees work alone! It's clearly busy and your poor workers are always running around because you have ONE SINGLE HUMAN doing phone/app orders and orders from customers in the store. AND since it's a pandemic and we're all encouraged to not use cash these poor people aren't getting tips because your credit card readers don't have the option of leaning a tip for people working SO HARD. Your business practices are disgusting and I can't in good conscience go to this location anymore. Treat your employees better for crying out loud!
