This location has gone downhill over the years. The last two times I went there were over a month apart and both times, they "ran out of turkey" at 10:00AM. My mind can't even fathom how a sandwich shop isn't able to serve turkey for a whole day.The first time it happened, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe I genuinely caught them on a rare bad day. This second time solidified the fact that I will never go there again. Customer service is horrible. Not only did they not have turkey again at 10:00AM (my usual work lunchtime), the guy didn't put lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwich. I ordered online so my specific order was clearly on the receipt. He also kept going on about a recent promo and the baseball season being the reasons they ran out of turkey.I settled for ham which ended up hurting my stomach. I used to go here because it was so close to home but now I'd rather drive to any other sandwich store than step foot in a Subway. The premade sandwiches in nearby Vons are probably better. I don't write this review lightly...stay far away and spend your money at a sandwich shop that's better managed.

Honestly you don't expect much when you go to Subway...but expect even less when coming to this location. Truly horrible food quality and rude sandwich artists.

I asked for herbs on my sub and then I got the rundown on how corona locations haven't had herbs in over two years in the most rude way possible. No need for the rudeness, I was just asking for a simple thing you guys used to have. Probably the most unwelcomed I've felt in a while.

So I ordered food from here on Door dash and it came without all the stuff I wanted on it. Very disappointed and now i double check my sandwich to make sure that it has everything i want on it. Basically just be warned that if you're ordering from here they cant read the ticket that explicitly states what is supposed to go onto a sandwich.

They do a great job on the sandwiches. the only thing I have an issue with is when I place an online order, the order is not available at the designated area. Sometimes there's a line and I have to wait and ask for my order which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I'm also on a tight schedule due to work. Please have the online orders ready in the rack, thank you!

I've supported this store for years and have never had an issue with them till today. This review is on their app and their service and manager on duty for this particular day. Placed an order for pick up before heading down to the beach today. App said it would be ready by 12:50 so when we got there the guy hadn't even started making our sandwiches. I ordered the All American that had ham, turkey, and bacon and paid for it but when we got there they told us they didn't had turkey cause they were all out. So I basically paid for something that I wasn't going to get. He didn't even asked me if I wanted to substitute another meat. When asked to substitute, the manager said no but said I can just add extra ham. She said if she gives us a substitute than they will be out of that too. Wow! I have no words. Apparently, the worker said they have been out of turkey for days and about to be out of ham for all stores. Not sure if that's for real but if it is than they need to have better protocol for when this happens. And you need to update your app. We shouldn't be able to order something on the app and pay for it and than when we go pick up our food, we find out that you don't carry it. That needs to be fixed. Very inconvenient and frustrating especially when you're not willing to accommodate cause your out of something. What happened to our customer service and management in the food industry?

Literally at subway right now. They need to hire more workers. There is only 1 girl working right now, she helped a customer with two sandwiches, and now she's making 3 sandwiches before she helps me because I think someone ordered for pickup. Been sitting here at the table for 20 minutes and still hasn't got to me. I just think it's ridiculous and there should be at least 2 people at all times making the food. Believe it or not making these sandwiches do take time and anyone who's been to subway knows that. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and I waste my whole lunch to order a 6 in sandwich. The girl working was really nice. Im not complaining about her. It's not her fault. It's this chain tryna save money and stress everyone out including their customers. The poor employees need more staff.

The slowest subway in making and serving , you might end up 20 mins in the line , they are pretty slow and feels like they are dragging this job

Service at this location is the worst waited 10 minutes in line until the girl behind the counter acknowledged me to tell me I need to wait cause she has another online order that just came I walked out never will return to this location.

Worst customer service EVER, dirty, hardly any chips, drinks or cookies and not well kept. I took my son there for lunch. When we walked in, we were the only two people there with two guys working. Neither acknowledged us. Not one word was said. I literally stood directly in front of one and he never even looked up. I stood there for more than 5 minutes waiting to start my order or hear "we'll be right with you". In the meantime two more customers came in. They weren't acknowledged either. These guys just kept doing stuff behind the counter as the phone rang constantly and that was ignored as well. One of the workers was tossing the meat and cheese back into their containers like it was a game to see if he could make it. You could tell they didn't want to be there. After a while of being completely ignored, we left and went to the Subway on Ontario. We were greeted immediately by every employee, the store was amazingly clean and all of the ladies there were SO kind and apologized for the other Subway. I'll NEVER go back to this Subway.

Ordered an Italian BMT, paid for an Italian BMT received a spicy Italian... with about half the cold cuts of that sandwich because the ham to make it a BMT was forgotten. Not sure if poorly trained or forgetful employee... Or both ?‍♀️ but definitely a disappointment
